Today we’re talking about the interesting (and surprising!) factors that influence how well our drums resonate. We’ll look at tuning and drum isolation, and we’ll finish by checking out a big factor you may not have considered. It’s amazing that tom resonance isn’t necessarily as simple as tuning. There’s an easy trick you can employ to greatly increase the resonance and body from your toms.
