McKenna Grace and Jennifer Hudson, eh? I have a theory too that Paw Patrol 3 might become some sort of musical. After all, they’re both singers. And no way! Lin Manuel-Miranda went to Paw Patrol Live? He is one of my favorite film/musical songwriters I know. Who knows, if this turns out a musical, he might be a songwriter for the film. Even better, he could be a part of the cast too! He was amazing composing the songs in Encanto and Vivo and playing the role as the main character, Vivo. I’m so excited to hear more updates! If This Movie is a Success. A lot of good things are happening. One. We know the Show is gonna adapt it. That’s a Given. Even though it probably won’t make sense timeline wise. Two. It’s more Paw Patrol. Good Paw Patrol. Would have hoped it was a Mission Paw Movie but I will take this over nothing.

It would also be interesting of who would make the original songs for PAW 3. And as history shows, it could literally be anyone. My left-field prediction would be Linkin Park which would be pretty much insane. However, imagine that One Direction or one of the members sing an original song for PAW 3.

Here's the thing: all the celebrity appearance is a "simple" way to make the movie more high budget than it really is. With production centered in Montreal with outsourcing work overseas, the cost in the grand scheme of things is actually lower compared to if it is an entirely American production. Also, American/Hollywood name recognition is basically "celebrity bait" for people to come watch, even if their appearance is for thirty seconds (much like Serena Williams' appearance in The Mighty Movie).

I'm not saying Paw Patrol is a bad show. It's pretty serviceable, I just don't like it being TOO overrated that it gets possibly over 20 or 30 seasons and possibly 5 or 7 theatrical movies. I like Bubble Guppies more than Paw Patrol, but Bubble Guppies never got a theatrical movie. It only has 7 seasons before finally wrapping it up, unless if they decided to make an 8th season, and I'll definitely give it a watch. My point is that I just don't like Paw Patrol hogging the entire spotlight like SpongeBob and The Loud House are doing right now. Nickelodeon just doesn't care anymore.
Yeah, unfortunately Nickelodeon has gotten way too greedy over the years. If something does as well as PAW Patrol or SpongeBob has, they'll be squeezing it til the last cent. While I love PAW Patrol with all my heart, and am extremely happy for its success, I too think that other shows should deserve a chance.

While I do love Bubble Guppies due to how cute the characters are, and I'll admit that I actually have a major crush on Molly as a little kid, I kinda wish it wasn't your typical breaking the fourth wall kind of preschool show that talks down to younger audiences when it needs to. If I were the creator of Bubble Guppies, I think I can make strong and compelling stories that are similar to Thomas & Friends seasons 1-7 with adult themes that dealt with serious issues like divorce, death, and real-life tragedies like Sesame Street did. It probably would turn out great as I expected it to be.
