I questioned why you did that, but didn't need an apology Dennis, Auctions are more complicated than you sold I bought "here's your money. Like I said, I understand and respect the fact you don't share a price when you make a deal with a seller, he's involved too, it's not why I watch, it's all about the cars. "I'll pay you what we agreed to over the phone" is my favorite line, as long as seller is happy that's all that matters. If watchers are into values & profits the can buy Autabuy sales mags for market prices, or watch "Ass Monkey"..😁😂
The Jensen bros made car bodies then moved into cars after the 2nd World War. A Lord Carrington used to own Jensens, and a Jensen built Volvo was the first car driven by Roger Moore on ITV or CTV I believe its called . And it was built in the Black country in the Midlands in a town called West Bromwich, yes like the football team.
I have a Jensen convertible if your interested Dennis. When Mike was at my cousins I moved it from there because Mike is a whining asshole! Frank was nice and respectful. Mike was constantly verbally abusing the film crew and complaining they couldn’t get G.D. Thing right. Upon leaving Mike was told never to come back. Frank and the rest of the crew were welcome to come back anytime they were in the area. I haven’t met his brother but he seems to be a complete opposite of Mike. If you happen to be interested in the Jensen let me know and I’ll get some pictures sent to you. Thanks for another great episode of coffee walk!!
Dennis I always appreciate the fact that you don’t make money the centerpoint of these videos. Focus on the story of the car and the outcome. Keep doing what you’re doing.
Honestly I don’t think it’s any of our business what u sell your cars for. Is it an added perk, sure but at the end of the day this is your business and how you support your family. Love ur content and keep it up
Dennis, please create another channel documenting the restoration of he cars you restore. As a kid who grew up “helping” my dad on his restoration projects I would watch every episode.
He needs to learn that Cajun food isn't from New Orleans though. It is Creole food in and around New Orleans. You have to get a little west of Baton Rouge for Cajun food. Everyone associates all of us from Louisiana with Cajun food though so I'll give the Yank a pass. 😂😂😂
Just when I think Coffee Walk couldn’t get any better, you lay this amazing episode on us. Really, the chef, the food, the shop, the wealth of knowledge. And then to finish with TWO cars I have never seen before. In your words Dennis, OUTSTANDING!!
I restored a 541R in the 1980s, and I was lent it for a few weeks to run it in. I made a virtually straight through 2" exhaust system, just with 2 MGB resonator boxes, so it sounded fantastic driving it.
There's a channel in the UK called Retropower Cars who are doing a restomod on one. You would have to sort through their vids. to see the progression but they do awesome work and videos imo. I love those Jensens but man were they built rough back in the day.
Two great people. Cool to see his shop. My uncle is a very well known and accomplished potter in western NC and he makes face jugs. I’m a huge British car fan, so I hope to see a video of these restored in the future.
As a Brit, it great to see a couple of Jensens being shown. Seriously underrated cars. That CV8 needs a manual and then converted to allow it to race in classic sports car racing. I am sure it would be most welcome at Goodwood.
Very classy Dennis, I don’t know of many RUclipsrs/auto salesmen/enthusiasts of your caliber. I can’t believe you even need to apologize for anything, but having said that, first class. Thank you CoffeeWalk and your crew Dennis, you never disappoint me.
Man that food looked INCREDIBLE! My mouth is watering all over the place. Thank you Dennis for letting us know what the BMW went for. Many blessings to you and Alex.
Rob is genuinely a really nice guy and i could see you both being good friends and I personally could listen to you both talking about things all day long
The styling of both of those cars is just amazing. I am watching this thinking of my Dads cousin who was a mail carrier in n rural Arkansas, he was a car collector, thinking how much fun he would have had driving these left hand drive cars delivering his mail route
After watching so much Coffee Walk I have grown used to you not giving away $prices full-stop! Also just knew the Coffee Walk world was going to collide with American Pickers sooner or later...... great show and love the Jensens..... still affordable classic
Got Davis Cup tennis on TV, Coffee Walk on the laptop, Dana Valley wine in the glass and Lindt dark chocolate served on a plate - perfect start again to the weekend. Never seen a Jensen, thanks for sharing. Greetings from Finland!
That was cool seeing robbie in a different way other than on the show and also seeing you to Dennis didn't want you to feel left out no love your channel im glad I subscribed wouldn't miss one one episode always entertaining and just outstanding 😀 content
Hi Dennis, RetroPower in the UK is retro restoration of a CV8 to carbon body within LS motor. Thanks for your RUclips show I enjoy what you do, cheers David from Australia 👍😁
Once a week I am blown away by the latest episode of Coffee Walk...BOOM!! My head exploded this week when I saw what you were buying, I know just enough to be dangerous. Thank you for sharing the cars and Rob Wolfes shop is amazing. Oh, and as a bonus the food looked incredible.
Mike Wolfe has a great Motorcycle collection too. The ultimate expert on pre 1950's and 1920 Harleys..etc Like Patrick Glenn Nichols is the expert on 1970 SS Chevelles, it's amazing the amount of knowledge you guys have for every little detail.
You must not know about wheels through time 😂😂. Mike is a novice, he just plays a expert on TV. That whole show is nothing but fake reality drama TV. Congrats, you fell for it 😂😂
Every time Dennis comes out with a new video, I'm like I'll get around to watching it, as I watch many things. then when I do I'm blown away. Simply Awesome.
Absolutely Coffee Walks best show. Rob and Dennis are both so knowledgeable and fine Gentleman. Dream to be able to spend as much time as Zack did while filming this segment. Royalty in terms of Collectors.
I may have missed the live.. but this episode is one for the books... thanks for making my Friday again and again... Your show is leap and bounds better than any hour on "TV".
Hi Dennis . Well that was worth the trip ! Back in '65 my parents ran a pub in Shaldon , England . One of our patrons had a CV8 MK III . He let my father have it for a week and so dad took us out for a blast .......wheel spin on kick down at 60 !!! As a 12 year old , l used to valet this along with a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III and a niumber of other desirable motor cars . Thanks Dennis
OMG that food, what a fantastic restaurant 😋 Wow, Rob has so many (Bibendum), Michelin mascots. There are a lot of cool signs and some cool stuff. And of course the two Jensen's one of my favourites I had a post on my wall of a Jensen interceptor. 😊✌️
Very nice work Rob Wolfe, 35 years to 40 years in the business I did not know wow! Dennis this was really cool and you got two very cool cars, another great job to both of you.
My nephews used to only watch Logan & Jake Paul but i set them down in front of Coffee Walk and now they only want to watch Dennis, Alex and the gang. Real role models that kids can look up to. I'm thankful for this show, Dennis and most of his friends are a real class act.
What an incredible find it sure pays to have connections and your knowledge always fascinates me. Definitely one of thee if not top car channel imo on RUclips 😊
That Oldsmobile powered '32 Ford truck is perfect! No way I'd ever paint it or change it. And his 47 Chevy truck is perfect, too! The Jensens are sweet, but that white one.... 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Dude, you owe no one an apology, you're honest and trustworthy, if people get twisted, it's their problem, not yours. Awesome Karma out to you and the family 😎👍
I've always had a secret hankering for a Jensen 541 since I was a kid in the late 1950's. Even here, in England, they're rare these days. Sadly, although it has a Mopar V-8 engine, I've always thought the twin headlights they added made the CV-8 'pug ugly'. Once fabricated an exhaust system for a CV-8 at a muffler shop I used to operate; it's owner was delighted with the performance increase I gave him by incorporating a cross-over balance pipe. The only real drawback to the 541 is it's 6-cyl. engine. Many people wrongly think it's the BMC C-series, as fitted to the Austin-Healey 3000 and the MGC. It's not. It's a 4-litre straight six, designed pre-WW2 for truck use, and based very loosely on the American GM 'Stovebolt' straight six.
20 years ago I used to live about an hour and a half away from the Quad Cities. I would haul my bicycle up and cruise the waterfront from Bettendorf to Davenport, Moline and Rock Island. Also I would tour thru on my motorcycle and stop in Le Clair at Mike's Antique Archaeology shop and also Savannah across the river for Frank Fritz 's Finds shop.

The crossover appeal on this episode was through the roof , antiques , cars , collectibles and for Rob to share so much knowledge , awesome episode!
also don't forget, amazing food too!
Dennis I always appreciate the fact that you don’t make money the centerpoint of these videos. Focus on the story of the car and the outcome. Keep doing what you’re doing.
I appreciate that
I'm with ya . Money part to me means nothing. I enjoy the stories an history
That's only because he doesn't want anyone knowing his business. Dollars and cents a secret so it doesn't screw up his deal down the road.
Agree.
Honestly I don’t think it’s any of our business what u sell your cars for. Is it an added perk, sure but at the end of the day this is your business and how you support your family. Love ur content and keep it up
Why ANYONE would "complain" about not hearing the sale of another private persons stuff, is beyond me. Thanks Dennis for ALL you and your team do.
Dennis, please create another channel documenting the restoration of he cars you restore. As a kid who grew up “helping” my dad on his restoration projects I would watch every episode.
Sounds like he is just flipping them which is disappointing
@@dondesormeauxrcadventures7551 They restore a lot of them all the time.
How dare a business make money
@@Cro_mags ...somebody has to keep the lights on!
@@dondesormeauxrcadventures7551 Yep. Would make great episodes , but he's always out for the quick buck like his ex-partner.
I prefer this format over normal television any day of the week, thanks Dennis and team front the UK
Congratulations to that Chef. He did a masterful job in presenting his specials. I'd love to go to Davenport, Iowa just to dine with him.
He was rightly proud of his menu... your not in Kansas anymore with that menu.
He had an auctioneer vide too, I thought he was going to start shouting prices for the food, LOLOL
He was intense 👍
He needs to learn that Cajun food isn't from New Orleans though. It is Creole food in and around New Orleans. You have to get a little west of Baton Rouge for Cajun food. Everyone associates all of us from Louisiana with Cajun food though so I'll give the Yank a pass. 😂😂😂
I thought he was too over the top, less is more...

2 of my favorite people to watch. I never stop learning from you and Rob. Ive never seen a jenson before.
I restored a 541R in the 1980s, and I was lent it for a few weeks to run it in. I made a virtually straight through 2" exhaust system, just with 2 MGB resonator boxes, so it sounded fantastic driving it.
The colab with Robbie was top-notch! He's a real character with a world of knowledge to share, just like you Dennis!
Wow! That CV8 interior is beautiful for its age. I saw so many nice Jensens in my two years in Britain. Both of those deserve restoration!
Outta all the cars y’all have gotten, I would most definitely love to see those 2 brought back to life
Those Jensens are awesome
There's a channel in the UK called Retropower Cars who are doing a restomod on one.

I love Americans Pickers with Rob, Mike, Frank and Danielle. This is a great mix video
WOW! This was the most incredible episode yet! The unbelievable eclectic knowledge was off the charts!
Love iT when all my Favorites Come Together for Some American Pickers!
Very impressed with your knowledge of foreign marques Dennis, hadn't seen that before, hope to see more along these lines!
Obviously a great chef but also a masterful promoter of his menu items.
Great job with the crossover- Coffee Talk with American Pickers - Fusion Home Run !!
So cool, and those vintage license plates. Would love to see a update when completed!
Dennis is simply a class act. This man deserves his own reality show. I'd watch it.
Fuzz Townshend from CAR SOS workshop Uk is the Jensen (Cv8) man. Has a lovely one that he restored himself too.
know what. thats a stand up thing you did and giving us the viewers an apology about the bmw sale. i really appreciate that, truly.
Another couple of cars I have never heard of, but very Kool. Thanks again Dennis for taking us along. 😎
Ok, you guys are killin it, my favorite show on the internet hands down!!!
Welcome to the Quad Cities. Born and raised here. Love your coffee walk episodes.
Wow, those two Jensen are crazy wild. I can’t wait to see them restored to finished also. Great show today. The food looked great. Bet it was awesome.
Cool to see y’all come together in a video after seeing y’all on different shows over the years!
No apologies needed Mr. Collins, you and the team do a great job, you run your channel how you want to.

I owned a Jensen 541 back in the 1950s.
Wish I had it now.
I wish my life included purchasing a Fastback as an afterthought! Love it! Keep doing what you do Dennis. Love watching!
always interesting to hear dennis talk about these old cars...love you guys
Very nice work Rob Wolfe, 35 years to 40 years in the business I did not know wow! Dennis this was really cool and you got two very cool cars, another great job to both of you.
Both these cars are still registered in the UK. The white car was last taxed here in the UK in 1990. The green car was last taxed in 1992
The white Jenson styling is way cool!
Rob & Mike Wolf . . . GREAT Guys 👍
Great show Dennis Collins watch coffee walk every Friday
Love the chef’s enthusiasm he’s a star. I’d eat there on the regular
My nephews used to only watch Logan & Jake Paul but i set them down in front of Coffee Walk and now they only want to watch Dennis, Alex and the gang. Real role models that kids can look up to. I'm thankful for this show, Dennis and most of his friends are a real class act.
The CHEF acts like he is on a game show. OUTSTANDING ❤
Nicely done Dennis. True Class act, hope to see these restored.
What an incredible find it sure pays to have connections and your knowledge always fascinates me. Definitely one of thee if not top car channel imo on RUclips 😊
We need to see more crossovers! Those Jensens are sweet!
Outstanding Coffee Walk Friday thanks DC and Crew!! God Bless America 🇺🇸
That Oldsmobile powered '32 Ford truck is perfect! No way I'd ever paint it or change it. And his 47 Chevy truck is perfect, too! The Jensens are sweet, but that white one.... 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
The presentation of your video’s is becoming first class…… nice job !!
Maaaaaan y’all done it again DENNIS congratulations. You are truly the best, much respect ✊
What a packed video Dennis. Food, collectables and cars. I'l bet that those two car will eventually be on the field of Pebble Beach or Amelia Island.
No worries, your videos are always awesome!
Well I am glad that you have listened to the comments about the sale of the M1. Well done thank you.👍
Dude, you owe no one an apology, you're honest and trustworthy, if people get twisted, it's their problem, not yours.

Great! watching 2 highly intelligent people conversate very entertaining.
My two favorite shows, they NEVER disappoint!
I love that ' Buddy-L' train , those Jensens are crazy COOL !...If I had to choose one I'de take the Green one , Thanks !
An Episode for the Ages! OUTSTANDING!
Great video - I have not seen a Jensen since I was in England in 1962. Thanks.
Right on! Another really cool coffee walk! Wow I saw some signs that would be so cool to have in my shop!
The chef was great!
20 years ago I used to live about an hour and a half away from the Quad Cities. I would haul my bicycle up and cruise the waterfront from Bettendorf to Davenport, Moline and Rock Island. Outstanding episode! Coffee Walk is making professionally produced TV look bad.
Don’t apologize there’s always another episode for us to find out! Love the content!
A really great episode......loved every minute ✌
Wow, great show. The mixture of two worlds that combine for one show is great. The chef could sell cars or anything. Thanks
Gem of an episode, the 64 Jensen is sweet...wish you guys would build that one.
