It's honestly how to fix some things, you need to pull through a really hard pipe? Is there a connecting wire in the pipe you're trying to replace? Tie them together, and pull the old one out while replacing the gap with a new one! Works in some cases, with a snag, it's fudged.

I was very curious if Peter's blindness from "nickel poisoning" was accurate or not. its lead so consuming it is definitely gonna cause health problems regardless, either way humans should not consume money.
USA coin currency is not made of lead but of copper and nickel. You would most likely get a bowl blockage which can cause severe if not fatal issues before any of the metals would cause problems
@@christinab2630 I think you're right, did you know that lead used to be in gasoline, which poisoned the air and made people in areas with high traffic become more violent and prone to more impulsive behaviors. We definitely had to learn our lessons with leaded gasoline and lead paints and other paints made out of radioactive crap. That's why all "regular" gasoline says unleaded somewhere, at least in the USA

I once knew a girl who thought that bats would intentionally bite you to give you rabies. She also thought that the entirety of New York state was one big city so... she wasn't the brightest bulb.
I'm from the finger lakes area and when I tell people I'm from NY I have to specify NOT NYC. That belief is more more widely held than one would think. Then I tell them I have never even been to NYC and they go completely increduclous. Also, it isn't just down the street its a 5-6 hour drive.
To be fair, animals with rabies can become incredibly aggressive and will attack people without cause. It’s part of how the disease spreads, so while the bat doesn’t attack intentionally to spread rabies, the disease does cause them to attack others to spread.
I would love to see you react to pro wrestling injuries. There was one wrestler who landed on his neck. He knew immediately that something was wrong. He told his friend at ringside to go get the car, he needed to go to the hospital just don’t tell anyone. After getting c-rays the doctor ask where the paramedics were that brought him in. He told the doctor he walked in. The doctor told him that was impossible. If he had tried to walk he’d be dead. He broke his neck.
Those guys are nuts. These days the minute something was wrong the ref throws up the X sign and they work a finish to the match immediately. Back in the 90s and earlier you'd hear of men finishing matches with broken arms, back pain, broken necks or my favourite. Stan Hansen literally took Big Van Vader's eye out with a lariat and Vader just popped it back in and finished the match before getting surgery.

Thank you for that bit on chiropractors. So many people give me funny looks when i tell them my surgeon and chiropractor worked together to fix my back after my injury. "You are a legit nurse, and you believe in that alternative medicine BS?" No, my surgeon referred me to a chiropractor, because i was ineligible for surgery until the swelling went down enough to make it safe. More and more often, especially with back injuries, surgeons and chiropractic specialists are working together to help the patient make a more complete recovery.

However, some chiropractors are always trying new technology which are "on the hedge" of becoming daily tools, and will over-charge you to pay back the high expense fee of the item. It's interesting that you referenced chiropractors. There's a lot of controversy surrounding them. Some do give out bad information. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on it. My thoughts is that it can be helpful at times but check with a doctor to see if there's another source of pain. I corrected some root issues for back pain and need a chiropractor less often.

The physiology of the three races of humans, Earthers, Martians, and Belters is interesting. Belters are born and grow up in space so the are taller and have lower bone densities. I remember watching a episode of last leg it's a program in the UK. They said if I read out side effects of a medicine would you take it. The side effects included headache, vomiting, heart palpitations etc. People said they wouldn't take it but it was a paracetamol. It was a show about the covid vaccine

and massage therapists are slowly joining the party to add an even more complete approach. my massage school even taught us about s.o.a.p. notes.

Every chiropractic office I've been in has sold "essences" and "tinctures" and essential oils for $200/ounce they claimed would apparently heal everything from cancer to mental illness to broken bones. Really disappointed to see a medical professional support quackery, but then again I guess quality doctors with actual work do to aren't spending hours a week editing and posting RUclips reaction videos.

i don't know if the video was omitted or not. but in between peter being blind and the nickel, peter shows he was going for the world record for eating the most nickels. he was at the point where shaking his belly sounded an actual bag of nickels.
I've heard of something called Wilson's Disease, but I don't think that's caused by ingesting a bunch of coins. lol Love these reaction videos. Thank you for sharing. BTW, I can't read those eye charts or see anything at all. (Accessibility features on iPhones make using a touchscreen very easy to learn without sight.) Tried convincing my dad to see a chiropractor for an adjustment to his lower back, but he's letting one bad experience a long time ago with a chiro convince him they're all incompetent. :(

It's interesting that you referenced chiropractors. There's a lot of controversy surrounding them. Some do give out bad information. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on it.
My thoughts is that it can be helpful at times but check with a doctor to see if there's another source of pain. I corrected some root issues for back pain and need a chiropractor less often.
I went to 2 different chiropractors years ago. One was awesome one pulled the body parts and I hated it.

I love bats they are one of my favorite animals. One got into my parents house one night and I caught it in my favorite jacket and put it back outside. It was my first time ever seeing one up close and I thought it was so cute. 🦇

I don't know whether you missed it but Peter didn't ate just one nickle. He eat multiple coin rolls with nickels for some days. He ate at least an estimate of 50 nickels a day.

@@DoctorER Two good ones would be the opening scene of Season 3 Episode 7 and the whole medical scenes from Season 5 Episode 4. There are many more, just can't remember the exact episodes for them. The physiology of the three races of humans, Earthers, Martians, and Belters is interesting. Belters are born and grow up in space so the are taller and have lower bone densities. Season 1 Episode 1 has a scene about this and Season 4 Episode 1explains about it as well.

I remember watching a episode of last leg it's a program in the UK.
They said if I read out side effects of a medicine would you take it. The side effects included headache, vomiting, heart palpitations etc. People said they wouldn't take it but it was a paracetamol.
