    / akitainakaschool
This project is built with my love hehe it's a Japanese language school and course that I wish existed when I was studying Japanese.. and now I'm so excited to have it finally come to life!!
We have combined language with culture and experience.
Learning the language is not enough, you need to immerse yourself in the culture to understand the language better and what better way to do that than in the Japanese countryside?
There are so many people who study in the big cities, but they don't get to experience this deeper side to Japan and tend to survive without speaking Japanese in their daily lives.
Being in the Japanese countryside and doing the activities included in the course, it forces you to get out of your comfort zone and practice what you learn in class in a real life setting.
My experience in the countryside of Japan changed my life and it's brought me to where I am today so I hope letting more people experience the countryside will also bring some value to them in one way or another :)
Hope to see some of you at the course!
Support me on Patreon so I can keep travelling and sharing these hidden gems with you! ☺

I think you're onto something great here. You are hitting onto an untapped niche. Many people are already interested in Japan, but there are so many vlogs about the "Tourist Triangle" (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) before you begin to feel like you've seen it all and ask yourself, "Is that all there is to Japan?"
I think you have a great idea and solution for both those interested in Japan and those who live in Japan. Please push as far as you can!

A big congratulation to you, Angela for achieving your goal! It's almost as tear breaking for us who have followed you through your journey. I think if you have just lavished on the good/beautiful aspects of Japan, you would have grown your popularity tenfolds and over - instead, you choose to contribute to the reality, the often neglected aspect of Japan. And with that you have my full respect.

Angela you have started an amazing school that will become a part of Japanese history. You are bringing people together from all over the world and teaching them to live and experience what it truly is to be Japanese. My twins are lucky to be a part of this experience and they are more than impressed by what you have accomplished.
We don't get to communicate with them very much because you have them doing so much and experiencing so much of the Japanese culture that they are exhausted at the end of their days (but in a wonderful way).
What they have shared with us so far has been unbelievable. They are enjoying very second of the countless activities and adventures you have managed to arrange for your students. They say that you are showing them more than they could possibly experience if they were to visit Japan on their own or even with someone that has visited there for months.
I thank you for all that you have done to make your students time in Japan an unforgettable and extremely rewarding part of their lives that will stay with them forever.
    心から感謝し、あなたの学校が繁栄し、拡大し続けますように。

Beautiful tears coming from beautiful feelings inspired by an ideal seeking for happiness and wealth for whole communities. Thank you because you inspire positively others! Having said that, I regret to confirm that also in Spain and France the countryside is being depopulated in favour of the big cities where economical and political power is concentrated. In addition, together with Japan, both, French and Spanish societies are becoming older too, which does not help to revert that. This is just to provide a wider perspective, perhaps to inspire some others to have an idea to revert this. Cheers!

      @internationallyME  5 лет назад

Wow, you're a smart cookie and see the core message I'm promoting :)
My deepest message behind all of this is actually to inspire and encourage young leaders around the world to go back to their hometowns or the country to help it out and create opportunities.
Many young people want to live in the country, because it's peaceful and may live a happier life there, however due to the lack of opportunities, their only choice is to go to the cities.
But, if some kind of movement could happen starting with leaders making more opportunities in the country - we can have more options in life as to where to live and work :)

You’re so genuine, authentic and real - love it! I grew up in Japan and came to Auckland with no English but ended up studying at UoA and have been working for a local Kiwi company. I didn’t study English for the sake of the language, rather I tried to learn the culture by doing and the language followed. Having your purposes (or “why’s”) helps with anything. Lastly, what you’re doing brings back values which many people have forgot. Keep up the awesome work, Angela!

It's great to see your dream come true. I'm glad to see the videos leading up to this one and watching it slowly come to reality. I wish I was there as a student to learn and study alongside those students. I've got dreams to learn japan and the culture and to learn the language. I can't wait for the time when I can get my chance to go or attempt to go. Thank you for the video and thank you for letting us see the first round of students to go to your school. Keep up the dream and pushing us to be better ourselves even if we not there.

So happy for you! Your videos were my inspiration when I planned my first trip out to Japan. Fell in love with the country that I've gone back every year, with my trip for this Nov. already planned out. Definitely rooting for your further success with this! I'll also be keeping a look out for enrollments for 2020 so I can save and plan accordingly 😁
