- Fall means a lot of Orchid and plants shows around the state of Florida. On this day we head to world famous Palmer Orchids. Started in 1981 by current owner and famous orchid grower Mr. Robert Palmer. Mr. Palmer is the recipient of many awards from the American Orchid Society. He is also the developer of Better-Gro Orchid fertilizers. The day-to-day operation is managed by his daughter Asley and her husband Jake. The greenhouses are extremely well kept, and the plants are beautiful and healthy. We meet up with fellow RUclipsr Justine from BlueJays Orchids who lives in the area around Bradenton Florida, close to the Orchid Nursery. Justine is a regular here and she takes us on a tour of the place. We also meet up with Rick and Deya from Orchid World And More and Roxy from Orchids 365. We meet for the first time Natalia from Just One More Orchid and Blanca from Blanca Acosta. We also get recognized by viewers. Of course, we meet new and known vendors.

Great video of a great orchid ursery. I could have died when you first entered and said you couldn’t spend very much… at PALMER’S are you serious… knew you’d buy some great orchids. If I lived in Florida I’d be so broke from buying orchids.

Sometimes I watch your video like 3x just to look at the stunning orchids. We don't have such a huge variety. There are some on you videos I've never seen, only in books. 🎉🎉. Lovely to see it in a nursery other than books.

wow, I know I probably came across in the wrong way when I commented on your first orchid society meeting but look at the difference! I was in awe seeing the orchids at palmers. All so healthy. This is where you should be buying your orchids. And keep that dendrobium from the society meeting far away from them 😄
