The Central Florida Orchid Society has a wonderful fun group of orchid hobbyists with a fantastic QR code culture sheet to take to orchid shows. It was great seeing Eric & Erica (young orchid vendors) and their love of bringing moderately priced plants to shows. Nice to see Penny, Orchids in Bloom at this show and of course all of the new merch Stacey with Orchid Pots Studio is 3D printing. Once again Keith & Dina Emig have a lovely selection of their great hybridizing and flasks. Sergio and Vicky you are doing such fun videos for a lifetime of hobbyists to view. Good idea to bring in the OGs so they are digitized for others to see and appreciate their stories. Respectfully,
Such a great show with a great cause behind it. Really great video too! And that guy from Winter Haven orchids is so funny! Great explanations behind the names!
We love honoring people who have left their marks in the orchid world. Keith is a very nice, knowledgeable, and yes funny guy. We had a great time as always making this video. Thanks to Tery, the president of CFOS, and Shyla, and all the volunteers there that day. Also, the bank, for allowing this event to take place every year there. Thanks so much for always taking the time to watch and comment.
Hi Sergio and Vickey! Thanks for sharing their event! Everyone who you talked to you looked like they had a great sense of humor and was very nice. Also those imported vanda hybrid is at a amazing price. Rest in peace to Jean and Ed! We keep on losing amazing orchid legends with no one to replace them😢 Thanks for sharing again!❤❤😊
Yes, indeed, very nice people. It's nice to see young orchid growers and sellers like Eric. We wish them the best. Our goal in the channel is to have as many of the orchid names as possible. Thank you so very much 🤗💗
Hey , I love that bulletin board, what a fun way to teach new ppl about watering habits. I absolutely love those QR codes. Hi five 🙌to the American orchid society ❤...you guys rock!!😊looking forward to your new video🎉🎉
Thanks for another great and informative video 😊. How clever to open with going to “the bank” before the event 😅 I really like that you are trying to keep orchid history alive while showcasing vendors and beautiful flowers and through your interviews. ❤ Are you ready for the chilly weather coming later this week?
Hi, Shirley. We think it is the right thing to do and it is our pleasure to bring all these names, big and small, for all of us to know and remember them. Thank you always for your feedback. We appreciate it very much 🤗💗
ha! you guys are goofy, and we love it! we did a few "spoofs" early on in our YT journey...and you are inspiring me to try to do them again :) of course we also love that you are keeping alive some orchid history...keep up the good work!
@@elpilarorchids 😂😂😂, yeah, we try to have goofiness sometimes to change it up a little. Thanks so much for watching and giving us feedback. We appreciate you very much.
@@vickyslikes oh yeah, and please keep interviewing the judges, as it is really good to have their insight into what makes a "good" orchid...thanks again!
