I need background noise to sleep but I read to calm my eyes before bed (especially after a day of gaming) and I always find that opening my phone even just to start a vid I already have queued up totally undoes what my reading did.. in short I've listened to this video every night since uploaded and have been sleeping wonderfully (best in years)
