- Hiraeth. It's a Welsh word and it's hard to translate well, but it describes our longing for belonging.
For years, before I'd given my life to Papa, I had a deep sense of not belonging. Like I had been dropped off on the wrong planet. This world has never felt like my home. My home was somewhere else.
So I've always felt like an outsider, like there was something wrong with me.
It cultivated a suicidal life(-style) with deep depressions and addictions.
Addictions to escape these feelings.
No matter how successful I was, I felt empty, small and insignificant. Estranged from the world and its people.
In my encounter with God, some 4.5 years ago, I was freed from depression and I experienced a peace that transcends all understanding.
For the first time in my life I truly felt like I belonged. And the months and years after that God showed me what it means to be a part of an unseen Kingdom but one that is very tangible nevertheless.
And Jeremiah 1: 5-10 was one of the first verses given to me by the Holy Spirit.
It says in verse 5:
“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart..."
You know what that means? The God of heaven and earth created me with deep love, care and attention. I was no accident. Now this world still doesn't feel like my home, but I belong here, I was made for such a time as this.
Now, you know what the really good news is?
This is not just true for me or Jeremiah. It's true for you too. You are wanted. Planned. Accepted. Loved and you belong. You SO belong.
Even if you don't feel at home here, that's ok. Your true home is waiting for you, anyway ;) But that doesn't mean you don't belong here.
This world is not complete without you.

God promises come true. The more you trust in God the more you will also trust in yourself and not other human beings. I've been sick for five long years and thought I had an incurable illness I've been getting worse and lost the ability to walk long distances without pain. I got a second opinion and tried a new method of treatment and it worked. After five long years I am finally on the road to recovery. It been a bitter five years for me and I'm sure many people can relate to some degree of the troubles that we all have in life. For me it was trusting in God that he would help me thru this. There is nothing harder than to trust a LORD that is not seating next to you and is distant and invisible and give him the steering wheel of your life and allowing Him to be the driver and you just go along with Him and allow Him to help you make the decisions of your life. In the end we all work with salvation and eternal life as our end goal.

Absolutely amazing! I just found you today when I looked up chapter 43 of Isaiah for my daily scripture and I am amazed, wonderful work. Thank you for bringing tears of joy and happiness, may your creation of art be a reminder of how much mercy YHWH has had upon humanity for so long and for those who are His, His Chosen people those whom Elohim knew would come to Him in true repentance, in full surrender, in submission and obedience for His will to be done, who understand the Love Story and the miraculous power in Him that saved us from the wretched life when we were living in willful sin, once we have come to know The Lord, we are saints that still struggle with sin, however when we were sinners we knew things we did was wrong, yet as we are in the Body of Christ now, saved and repented, we can feel the unconditional priceless love of God that kept waiting, that patiently long suffered, kept calling us to Him, drawing close to us, holding our hand in the most desperate, lost, and hopeless times in our lives, HE Waited for you and me to come, He is still everyday saying come...what amazing grace and mercy. This one feels so personal because I've literally experienced everything said in this song. The beginning of the song was my beginning also. One of the first things I can remember was having a dream at 2 years old and in that dream I remembered being alive before I was born and being with God and Yeshua, even had a wife who's coming back one day with Yeshua. I'm getting close to 60 now. God has revealed himself to me so many times, in so many ways. I was also communicating with the Holy Spirit when I was 2 years old, possibly sooner but I don't remember anything before 2 years old. The things I've been told and shown have all come true, as it was said in the song. Well, there is one last thing, but it comes at the end. Anyway, beautiful job, thank you.

I take my Bible, open it randomly, absent-mindedly, and it opens right to Jeremiah 1… I thought, “Lord, how good You are to me!!”… is there anywhere I can escape away from Your Spirit? no, wherever I go you are there... you are already there waiting for me.
And a little while ago when I actually listened to it and saw the wonderful video, I burst into tears. Thank you Holy Spirit
