As for that explosive stuff, that reminds me of a similar compound in Ancient Greece called Greek Fire. It was basically a hyper-incendiary compound that ignored the usual extinguishing methods of suffocation and water. Fortunately, the exact recipe was lost to history. Imagine how the modern military could use something that makes things burn until they're full ashes.

U can use the sword as a melee weapon if u use the hover abilty on a small island with a sword in it

Only about six minutes in, so not sure if you discovered it later, but yes, you can get through the flickering laser. It’s somewhat tight timing, but from the moment it starts flickering to the moment it’s solid again, it’s safe.
