Yoshino can be absolutely busted, but you need to be a good sniper,. Hitting the decks of battleships for consistent fires is so important. Playing brawling or close range ships and then playing yoshino will mess up your games

The CV spotting nerf has definitely helped ships that rely on concealment, though in a way it’s probably reinforced the DD meta as they also benefit from it.
It did reinforce the DD meta but yeah, some definitely have been helped

I'm currently grinding ibuki and it's painful. I just can't understand what the Japanese cruisers are supposed to be good at. The torpedoes are fantastic but the arcs are so bad. Bringing them to bear is almost suicidal, I don't understand why Takao can at least send its torpedoes a little bit forward while ibuki can't at all despite being a tier higher
Try to always be kiting in Ibuki and Zao. Pushing is only on CLs and DDs that your AP can wreck. Ibuki isn't fun so hope that can help.
Forgive the ignorance but what does it mean when you say tricked?
Tricked means it has items on it like a legendary module, legendary commander or skins.

I will be the only one in the world to defend this ship a bit, but i think Marseille is better than Castilla imo. Still belongs in needs fixing but not quite that low in the list. I would also argue there should be tricked Marseille because Phillipe actually makes that AP much better than the base AP. With Phillipe i think it goes to Niche, ive had some really great games with him on Marseille and some tragic ones. When youre allowed to push or even defend by islands uou can do some great dmg. Vive la Marseille 🇫🇷😂😂
I enjoy her as well with just a normal cmd and Soulfire has Phillip on Marsielle as well. Talks highly of the ship but yeah, will needs some changes
