How to build a Simple Shop Cart

I've needed this shop cart for a while! I used 2X4's for everything and 3 in casters. This tool cart can be made for less that $20 if you do not include the wheels. They are the most expensive part. I go them from Lowes but found them cheaper on Amazon here :amzn.to/3Q2rllz
