My goodness... Our grocery budget is so high! We cook dinner every night and my husband and I bring our lunches to work, as well a smt daughter bringing her lunch to camp/school during the school year. And then snacks for hungry husband and kids. We ship at Aldi to cut costs and it still feels high. Props to you momma!

and i quit clean deodorants lol it just didn’t work for me and gave me bad rash
Love those Made Good things. I use HiBar natural deodorant. I have no issues with it at all. Many other natural deodorants made me feel stinky and gross but that one never has.

I haven't bought any paper towel for years now, even with a toddler! I just use reusable rags if I need to clean something, then I put them in the laundry. Less expensive and more eco-friendly. Just a tip! 😉 Interesting video like always!! ❤🥰
with two toddlers i tried to keep up the no-buy on paper towels but the pee everywhere! i’ve found i can’t keep minimal towels and clean home without them 🤷🏻♀️

Hi Beth, i recommend the humble deodorants. They are natural and work great on a postpartum body. I could not find anything that worked until I tried them. I use the frankincense and also the Moroccan rose.
I buy them at marshalls since they are much more affordable, but they sell them at sprouts, Whole Foods, thrive market and amazon. 😊
second, this humble has worked so far for me and even in ontario humidity!

I don’t know if you have an Aldi’s in Canada BUT if you do it will SAVE YOUR BUDGET. We get our diapers from there and in USD it’s $12. There diapers are comparable to Kirkland brand at Costco. Loved the video!!! I’m always looking for ways to save money 🤗
I used to get diapers there too and loved them! But here in Wisconsin, for some reason, they have replaced them with Pampers. 🤔 I don't know if they are not making them anymore or what?

Not sure if you guys have these in Canada, but the natural deodorants that've worked for me are from Lavera and Ben&Anna. Ben&Anna's have amazing scents as well, Lavera more unscented. 😘
Try glycolic acid instead of natural deodorant… I use the one from the ordinary and it didn’t require any detox period like others. I used to use salt sticks which also worked great
The deodorant that I use is Wild. I don’t do the subscription I just bought it outright. But I find it works amazing and currently 32 weeks pregnant with my second xxx
Try little seed farm deodorant! They have a sample set for you to see which sent works best for you too. Only natural deodorant that works for me.
Do Aztec Secret clay mask under your arms as a mask I find it on Amazon and do it 1x a month. Raw sugar deodorant is what I use. Wish it was a little more pure but it works

Hi Beth! I really recommend a company called Primally Pure for natural deodorants ! Took me years and years to find a natural one that actually works and theirs truly does! Hope that helps❤
kosas unscented is an amazing deodorant! I get mine on amazon and it’s a roll on but honestly that has not bothered me at all!
The only natural deodorant that works for me (and I’ve tried legit every brand I’ve seen at Target lol) is Primally Pure! It smells amazing and is truly all nontoxic, where as some of the other brands have some ingredients that actually aren’t that great even if they are aluminum free. My husband even uses Primally Pure now!
Another vote for Primally Pure! It's ACTUALLY non-toxic/natural too!

A natural deodorant I found to be amazing is the brand Toup and Co they also have natural tallow, make up and face cleanser

Here in the US we spend a good 160-170 per week with an added 100 biweekly trip to sams club.
A good $840 a month for a family of 5 (2 school aged and 1 toddler). Crazy crazy.

Do you ever bake your own sandwich bread ? Saves so much money and is so easy and way more delicious plus no added preservatives etc! Same goes for the homemade Tzatziki! We love making it with Greek yoghurt and it’s so easy ! Just shredded cucumber and some herbs etc !
I have before but haven’t recently because life is SO full right now haha 🥲 really want to get into sourdough though!!

The same happened to me with my 3rd baby and the deodorant!! It was a nightmare! I tried many deodorants and ended up with primally pure which I love!
I’ve also gone through my own natural deodorant journey and discovered real purity roll on several years ago. I LOVE it! It’s def on the pricier side but it works!
Im in the US and spend like 600 on groceries a month. It seems like its never enough with two adults a toddler and soon to be newborn. Food just costs so much! Please any help on cheap healthy low carb recipes?
The same thing happened to me with Native Deodorant in postpartum! If you are looking for a new natural deodorant, I recommend Primally Pure! It worked wonders for me!
Wow this is so interesting... This is what I typically send in a whole month... Or probably less... As a family of three in South Africa. We do, however, live out in the sticks and lead a very simple life... So that does make a difference.

Try Nuud deodorant!!! It’s a tiny squeeze tube, and you only need to apply every couple days, it is AMAZING!!!!
I’ve been using Tom’s deodorant for a few years and it’s great! I’ve also heard a theory that maybe your body gets used to some deodorants after a while so switching it up helps?? But that seems kinda silly. Anyways, maybe Native will come back around!
Primally pure deodorant is the only natural deodorant that worked for me when Native stopped working!
I used the Lumé deodorants for a few years but have more recently been enjoying the Schmidt's ones.

@@BethGraceMoore The shipping to Canada was slightly annoying for Lumé. The main reason I switched was because I couldn't find a scent that I really liked. I also find that the scent would change when it mixed with sweat (not bad smelling but would just smell different). It worked though.
my husband and i only use lume and i have the WORST PP left pit stank. i find if i use the non scented one it leaves a strange smell, so i do use the lavender sage and highly recommend!
It is definitely soooo expensive to buy just food even! We had a budget, but it was a little stressful so now we just have an average on certain things that we have in our minds. Then try not to buy extras! 😅 We are usually good at not getting thongs we dont need!
Also, how often do yall give to your church? We do once a month, mostly because we get paid once a month. And then we support missionaries throughout the month that automatically comes out
I do monthly and then we do another above and beyond give in April!
After my second pregnancy omg my armpits would smell. I used to be a person that could get away without using deodorant, I would use native only when it would be hot outside. After my second pregnancy literally 20 minutes after getting out the shower my armpits would smell, I would put native and it was not helping. I would just carry the deodorant in my purse and re apply through out the day. Finally after 14 long stinky months, my armpits don’t smell.
Okay why does this happen though?!?!? So weird!! 😭 at least there’s hope haha

Wow, I am a little bit shocked at how much you spend and would like to do some research on average incomes in Canada. 🙈We are the typical middle class in Germany I guess , living in a two room apartment as a family of three in a larger city, owning a car, both of us having a university degree, but still living on a much tighter budget. Especially (good) food seems to be way more affordable here same as diapers. Is it possible for young familys to own a house without high depts in Canada?☺️
This isn’t necessarily what I spend on average, just happened to be what I spent this week so I included it all for transparency 🥰 but we usually wouldn’t have so many pool related expenses and don’t often do full dinners out with the family either - maybe once or twice per month?
But yes the cost of food in Canada is outrageous!!!

Primally Pure is a great non-toxic deodorant! Native's fragrance is especially toxic, sadly.
Try Humble deodorant! It’s the only one that’s worked for me!
Ah the postpartum stinks... nothing really works on me, either. But I only use unscented products to avoid phthalates, as I'm having a boy and they are detrimental to male hormonal health. Also, all scents made me sick during prgnancy 😖 Postpartum stinks, another way of mother nature to make you fell yucky during that "beautiful" period 😅
