Edit: With Patch 5 entering turn based mode before attacking an enemy (initiating combat) won't cause you to regain that action point immediately anymore. You are now forced to use the Assassin subclass, if you don't want to lose your action point that you used to initiate a surprise attack.
In other words I need to go rogue for lvl 1-4, then 2 lvl ranger, then respec at 7 into ranger 4 rogue 3. Maybe even respec at 6 into ranger 5 rogue 1 for the extra attack
@@RonSwanson-ie6yr If you don't want to lose your action point you indeed should go for the Assassin subclass first. But you also still can start with the Gloomstalker subclass, the differences are very minor so it just comes down to what you prefer to start out with.
I went for the lvl 6 respec, because I fell like the extra attack and feat will be more useful against Nere and the Githyanki than the Assassin subclass, but going 3 Ranger 3 Rouge immediately can also work.
@@SleepingDog. So, just to be clear, if I want to start with gloomstalker subclass I should do 1 ranger, 1 rogue, then ranger how much lvls? thanks
@@sobesthetics3465 You go for ranger lvl 3 or 4, depending if you want to get the Sharpshooter Feat before you get the Assassin subclass or not.
@@SleepingDog. thank you very much, can you tell me 1 to 12 how do you finish the build?
Just like Skyrim, sneak archer. 😂
i love seeing more people make content for bg3, especially when it's this well done!
Good job! I learned new things from this playthrough:
Go to the underdark early via the spider cave using feather fall
Leave one auntie ethel's guard so she won't summon her illusions
Kill the goblins after agreeing to minthara's raid for extra exp
Thanks :) But just to clarify you need to kill the goblins before you agree to Minthara's raid for extra exp. Because if you agree to her raid she will take some of the goblins in the camp with her to the grove, but if you killed them all there are no goblins left for her to take to the grove. So basically she will spawn new goblins when the fight at the grove starts.
Might be a bit misleading since i cut my conversation with Minthara before i killed the goblins, even though I did it after I killed the goblins in the camp (You can kill everyone except the ones with Dror Ragzlin and the drunk party goblins at the top).
@@SleepingDog. I see. So the extra goblins are a failsafe from Larian similar to the bard that shows in your camp if you kill/knock down Alfira or the new tieflings that will appear if any of them died in the raid (if you side with the grove). I think Zevlor has a voiced character that acts as his failsafe too.
You're right. It's the scout you see in act 2 at Last Light Inn, or Asharak if Zevlor died before the Grove fight. You actually can even see her in my video for a second, because Zevlor managed to die at the very end of the fight. :)
Beautiful tutorial, thank you good sir. I'm a spanish speaker and you have a very understandable accent. Thanks again.
that goblin death montage was hilarious lol
Holy shit dude this video was so entertaining! Can’t wait for Act 2!
Great video! Also, finally someone who makes a good looking tav for once
What's a tav
@@TheSozeone the nickname that is used by the game for the created character
@@emilia4355oh weird mine was named something different
@@TheSozeone yeah Tav is the base but it can be different depending on how much you play around in CC
@@emilia4355 oh ok so you were just referring to their player character with your comment
fun fact, you dont actually need to be invisible to break combat, just stealth.
what a lot of people do when stealthing is they move and then stealth. however, wherever you entered stealth is mark for enemies and they will investigate on their turn. Since normal stealth is broken upon entering threatened range of a character they immediately find you.
Yet, if you stealth and then move, they will go to the place you moved away from. Once they cant find you, it ends combat like being invisible would. if you arent high enough level to guarentee to success at stealth checks, shadowheart's trickery domain ability gives you an infinitely castable advantage on stealth checks with infinite range. alternatively, you can move just enough to break sightline, and then continue moving. you can also dash while stealthed.
Movement speed is how I assassinate all my enemies as a pure gloom stalker.
wood elf for +5 feet of movement, crusher's ring for +10 ft, gloom stalker for that +10 ft on the first round of combat, and the hast helm for +15 ft on the first round of combat.
thats 80 ft of movement on the first round of combat. also, if you attack out of combat to initiate a surprise round and use the dread ambusher first-round attack first before any taking any other actions, you still have an action. which means you get the attack that initiated the combat and the dread ambusher attack while having an action free for whatever you want... say for a dash or using your gloomstalker's class invisibility.
thats 2 attacks (one with 1d8 extra damage), 120 ft of movement, and a hide action all in one round. and the hide breaks combat so you can do it all over again. Add the springstep boots for even mor movement.
You're completely right about using stealth to leave combat. I'm just not using it here because I find the Deathstalker Mantle to be lot more consistent for such a playstyle and a lot easier to pull off, since all you have to do is to move away from your last position, you don't have to worry about anything else. But definitely also a valid option, if you don't want tot use the Deathstalker Mantle.
I'm not sure what you are trying to get at with using the Dread-Ambusher attack as your first action in combat, your used action point for initiating combat won't just magically reappear because of this. You're only going to have your action point at the start of the combat, if you paused the game before initiating combat or if you are using the assassin subclass from the rouge class, giving you the Assassin's Alacrity ability which restores all your your action and bonus action points at the start of combat. Maybe you mistake your extra attack ability from the fifth lvl of your ranger class for the restored action point?
@@SleepingDog. yea thats fair, i was more explaining this for those that arent using the durge origin.
as for the dread ambusher, i misspoke. I usually dont innitiate combat by entering turnbased mode manually, so sometimes it actually doesnt count as me using an action as combat initiates normally. likely because they spot me right after a succeeded stealth check. im not quite sure, i just know there were some times where i would shoot, enter combat and things would refresh and give me a full action. probably a quirk of how transitioning into combat phase works.
My apologies for the confusion.
@@arcticshocked ah I see, no problem. I was just bit confused there. :)
you can also use longstrider as ritual spell
Excited to watch this! Subscribed when I saw your astonishing BG3 videos, love the content. :)
Thx. I hope my accent won't be too much of a turn off. This was my first time editing a video to this extend. I still have a lot to learn, but hopefully it turned out alright.
@@SleepingDog. Just finished the video, and I had no trouble understanding you, your accent isn’t hard to understand at all! ❤️ Had a wonderful time watching the video, your humor is nice and the video was very well edited. Can’t wait for act 2, great video man!
Very nicely done and quite entertaining!
Dude your accent is perfectly good as a fluent English speaker. Keep up the good work, such a good video
I love this. I’m now playing 40k rogue trader but I’m going back to BG3 soon to give this build a shot. I think having a written guide or something in the description would help us understand the build a little more.
Amazing build! Can't wait to see more.
Love the build videos! Been using these with Shadowheart especially the dark justiciar one!
This was a great video! The accent is really nice so don't worry about it, I understood everything you said, the only critique I have is that the game is too loud compared to your voice
Yea, I noticed that as well. Unfortunately, only when it was too late already, but I will have that fixed in the next video.
Absoluty amazing my man… next lvl!
Pretty impressive to have passed the necromancy book with no save scumming.
The Urge can do that because of the proficiencies the race has.
@@mystikarain cool didn’t know that. I did the durge play through the first time and missed it. Second play through I found it, but not going to lie had to do a lot of save scumming, those checks were hard to pass.
@@Justin.Hawkins In both my evil and good Durge playthroughs I did it perhaps because it was just sheer dumb luck?
The Dark Urge background gives you proficiencies in medicine and intimidation, they both don't help you pass the checks for the necromancy book. Only wisdom proficiency or just high wisdom in general will help you with that. Being a warlock also gives you advantage on the first check. But something many people don't know is that you only need to pass the first 2 checks, failing the third doesn't matter you will still get the buff and the curse you get from failing the last check can be removed by simply taking a long rest.
great insights!
Rangers lead the way. FEAR the Gloomstalker ☠️☠️☠️
Two builds have higher burst dmg, Paladin+ Sword Bard ,and Tempest Cleric+ mage with lightning spells.
But noboby deals higher Average dmg ALL DAY than a Gloomstalker + Assassin Rogue.
Thankyou for the video :)
Best video yet
During character creation, were you able to proceed with only 2 out of 3 proficiencies selected or did you put the third into another proficiency to proceed then change things when multi-classing into rogue? Also at the rogue section, you mention putting skill points into athletics, acrobatics, and stealth but the video cut before you confirmed. did you remove both points from Sleight of Hand to move them to Athletics and Acrobatics?
I selected a third after the 2 I mentioned, I didn't mentioned where I put the third proficiency point because it doesn't matter where you put it, so you are free to put it into whatever you like. But I agree I should have made that clearer instead of just cutting it out.
Yes, I removed the points from Sleight of Hand to put them into the proficiencies I want. With the Gloves of Thievery that you can buy from the zhentarim merchant in act 1 you essentially don't need any extra points in this skill.
Very well done mate
Cool video! The only thing I would change is casting disguise self in real life and giving yourself an American accent
Hah, I wish it would be that easy. :)
Can you do a warlock playthrough? Would love to see how you play it!
Sure, I can do a warlock playthrough once I finished this one.

nice video buddy love it
For the nere fight. You can coop with the druegar and just start shooting them in the fight so that by the end everyone is dead. And you get xp for both!
True, you could do that.
Also you don't need the dark urge cloak to be able to kill, hide, then reset and kill again. Just need to find good dark positioning and a bonus action to hide after you kill an enemy.
I know, but I'm not doing that because I find the Deathstalker Mantle to be lot more consistent for such a playstyle and a lot easier to pull off, since all you have to do is to move away from your last position, you don't have to worry about anything else.
Do you find the invisibility affect getting surprise rounds at all? Because for example I find it much harder to get surprise rounds when I have greater invis or invis rather than just hiding. Attacking in melee in invisibility does proc a surprise round but attacking from ranged is kinda iffy. I found that you gotta be in line of sight and close to the target if you want to proc a surprise round through attacking from range. @@SleepingDog.
@@tetefather Well you need to be in a position where the enemies can detect you immediately, so the combat can start. This doesn't necessarily mean that you have to be close to them, but it means you can't be very far away. Because for example at max distance the game lets you take a stealth throw regardless if you are sneaking or not. As for surprise rounds not working properly with invisibility + ranged attacks, is something that got into the game due to a recent patch. I believe it was the one that introduced Honour Mode, but not 100% sure. Either way, since then using invisibility and ranged attacks to trigger a surprise round got quite buggy and unreliable, though this is an issue that mainly just affects boss enemies, from my experience.
Yeah i really don't understand the point in not playing the durge the invis cloak is to op for any build when you go into combat alone especially on accident not to mention you rarely get detected even when near enemies 😅
Random question but what hairstyle did you use? I like that hairstyle plan on using it on characters
It's Orin's hair, you can find the mod in the Nexus Mod Archive (Variant of Orin's hair - Version without headgear).
@@SleepingDog. Damn that sucks I'm on Xbox rn don't and can't afford a pc atm.
this build looks insane haha for soloing i mean
Why did you put any points into strength since you could just use Elixirs of Hill Giant Strength every time? Ethel sells 3 after each long rest, after all.
I could, but if I do that I can't use the blood elixir anymore, since you can only have 1 potion active that last until long rest. Plus I wanted to save as much money as possible, so I can buy all the special arrows that I'm going to use in act 2 and 3 on mass. Also I have no use for the other stats in this build, so no reason not to put them into strength.
Club of hill giant strength is an alternative that can be used with a shield, allows you to dump str, and pairs well with titanstring
soooo many great ideas & strategies from this video thank you!! I do have a question - how do you get arrows of many targets in act 1? I may have missed something, but I thought you couldn't get those until act 2
The traders at the Crèche will sell you these, once you reached level 6.
Thank you!!@@SleepingDog.
At 12:00 what is your armor setup? And is that dyed or is that the stock color of it? Sorry I’m new to the game…I’ve been looking for an all black outfit but can’t seem to find the straight up black dye. I have a bunch of rare black and whatever’s but not plain black. And that looks like Spider silk armor but jet black and sick AF. Thanks
It's the Drow Studded Leather Armour (8:09) painted in black. You see me wearing the Spidersilk armour at 25:59. There is no black dye in the base game, you have to download a mod to get that color. www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/1177
You are role playing as a skyrim most popular build bro
You know... Your character reminds me of my very FIRST PC during my days at AL... The Shrouder!
How on earth are you leveling up so fast, did you do everything possible in act 1?
You don't have to do everything to reach level 7 in Act 1. Just doing most of the main parts from Act 1 will be more than enough. I can't remember how much i did exactly for this run. I just know that I did more than usual in this particular run, but definitely not everything. For example, I know for a fact that I didn't do the spiders. On a new run, where I hopefully will upload the first part soon, I also reached level 7 at the end of Act 1 and I skipped many fights in this run.

great video. Do you prefer Harold over the Titan String Bow? Also, I have seen variants of assassin with 6 swords bard instead of the gloom stalker ranger to get the flourish attacks. What are your thoughts on pros/cons of both? Thanks
Yea, I kinda prefer Harold over the Titan String Bow. Mainly because I think the extra dmg you get from the Strength Modifier is only worth it if you have at least 20 Strength (16 Strength gives you + 3 extra dmg (1 dmg more than the Harold) and 21 Strength gives you + 5 extra dmg (3 more than the Harold). Since I'm one hitting most of the normal enemys anyway with the sharpshooter feat the extra 1 dmg doesn't matter. Also the Harold has the Piercing Shot ability putting the dmg advantage down to 1 again, well if you hit at least. But it's definitely also a valid weapon option, if you are willing to use the Elixir of Hill Giant Strength. Personally I just didn't wanted to use it this run, so I have more money for special arrows in act 2.
As for the bard option the flourish attacks are definitely very strong, because of their high base dmg. What I don't like about it though is that you need bardic inspiration to use them, which kinda forces you go rather deep into the bard class just to get more bardic inspiration and to increase their dmg at lvl 5. For the gloom stalker I like first of all the extra initiative to further guarantee my first move. Also the extra attack is of course very useful. As for the advantage of the gloom stalker ranger over the bard is that the lvl ups come with options that synergies better with an archer than the bard ones. Other than that since you don't have any special attacks as a gloom stalker you focus a lot more on the special arrows, which i believe to be more effective than the flourish attacks, but also very expensive on the long run. The drawback ofc being that your base dmg is a decent amount lower. Both options work just fine though, so it's completely up to you what you prefer.
@@SleepingDog. Thanks for the reply. All valid points. I will probably try both to see what I like.
@@jameskelsea6048 titanstring bow is more for fighters or barbarians that just want a reliable ranged option rather than for an actual archer build. also, i prefer giantbreaker to harold because it counts on every attack. meaning if you use dread ambusher as a gloomstalker and hit all 3 attacks, you give a -6 to attacks rolls rather than harold's 1d4. its also more consistent than bane because you can continually refresh it each round and you always know how big of a penalty you are giving them.
as bane can give a measly -1 both turns for its duration whereas reeling will always give a minus equal to the turns remaining. its also guarenteed to happen unlike harold where they need to pass a charisma check.
plus if you have a cleric with bane, it doesnt stack with harold. but reeling stacks with bane, which makes giantbreaker synergize with party compositions that include casters that can cast bane. having your cleric cast bane and then slapping everyone with giants breaker means enemies wont be hitting anything.
@@SleepingDog.Worth noting that the club of hill giant strength will set your str to a base of 19, allows for a shield, and pairs well with titanstring.
Upload Act 2 and I'll sell you my soul
How did you obatin the minor illusion cantrip?? Do ranger or assassin get that cantrip??
As an High Elf you can choose a cantrip of your choice in the character creation.
Have they changed High Elf? I get Fire Bolt as a cantrip instead of Minor Illusion
You have to change the cantrip, Fire Bolt is the standard selection for everyone. Simply click on the High Elf Cantrip tab and you can select the cantrip you want.
where do you get the arrow of many targets from? I didn't think they were available until act 2?
They get unlocked at lvl 7 and then you can buy them from the merchants at the crèche.
@@SleepingDog. thank you, using their own toys to kill them, love the irony :-)

that trick with the Ethel fight is a good one, i am also wondering , Does Alfira survive if u knock her out? and why u need Dammon in act 2? i usually make sure the kids make it to act 2 for the boots
She does survive. Just make sure to help her finish her song before you do that, or she will refuse to talk with you after you knocked her out. For Dammon i just want to use the Flawed Helldusk Gloves.
@@SleepingDog. yeah , i thought so u wanted him for the gloves, but dont u have accuracy issues?
@@AntwKats Not at all. I didn't mentioned this in the video but the assassin subclass also gives you advantage on your attack rolls against enemies that haven't taken a turn yet and since my character is always going to have the first move, I always have advantage on my attack rolls. And for the fights that i can't win in one turn, I still have the option to use a bonus action to hide and then sneak attack. Other then that you also have Barcus who sells you the Gloves of the Automaton which will give you advantage on your attack rolls for 10 turn and you don't have to wear them to keep this buff. Except that in this particular playthrough it seems like i forgot to tell Barcus to join me in my camp, so he's not at Last Light Inn. Which is a bit annoying to be honest. :)
How did you get that hairstyle?

For the Inquisitor Fight, how are you starting the fight with surprise? No matter what I try, it triggers a cutscene, and then after the dialogue, it goes into the fight without surprise. Then they just gank me before I can do anything.
You simply drink an Invisibility Potion and then attack, this should immediately trigger the combat and surprise the enemy. But since the new update you only will be able to surprise the allies of the Inquisitor. This is because he now has the Perfect Sentry ability and therefore can't be surprised anymore. I'm not sure why you trigger a cutscene, the only thing that I could imagine causing a cutscene to trigger is, if you try to attack them after you talked to him/entered the prism.
@@SleepingDog. I was trying to use stealth, not invisibility, so upon entering the room and approaching a certain radius of him, it triggers the initial cutscene no matter what. I was trying to stealth attack/surprise before this cutscene even begin, but it appears to not really be avoidable- there is a cutscene one way or another here.
It sounds like what you are doing is agreeing to work with him, then go into the prism, then catching him by surprise after the prism? But when I try that, upon exiting the prism, I get a cutscene where he says Vlakith has decreed we should die, and I lose a chance to surprise him anyway.
Is there no "natural" way to stealth this? Is the only way weird cheese where you use invisibility to cause weirdness like the cutscene still triggering, but them being non-hostile immediately after because you were invisible the entire time but the game ignored that for the cutscene?
I can't just stealth/surprise them by shooting with a bow from stealth before talking? This game has a lot of weirdness that makes playing assassin annoying because to take advantage of surprise on boss encounters, you have to do a bunch very specific things first to break scripting for events.
This also happens with Githyanki Patrol near Waukeen's rest. You couldn't "naturally" inflict surprise via stealth- even if you did it from the bridge, they will cutscene warp you to the ground, then warp you back up after hostilities begin. BUT- if you do really cheesy shit like have a solo summon/familiar attack the dragon while everyone else is stealthed/far away, it breaks the script and the inquisitor flies away- after the Patrol kill the familiar, you are free to stealth in and surprise them in a normal way.
I really feel like it sucks that to play Assassin effectively through most boss fights, you have to do weird shit that feels like exploits to break scripted events and cutscenes or sillyness where it triggers hostilities but you cheese out and return. It makes the whole playthrough feel unnatural. If you stealth attack, it should inflict surprise, unless the enemy has a trait that specifically stops that from happening.
It's already bad enough that surprise only reliably works at all from turn based mode. They really need to fix some stuff with inflicting surprise.
@@CramerGamer99are you mad that you can't stealth a guy who already knows you're there?
do you think a heavy crossbow is better than dual hand crossbows?
They are roughly the same in their dmg output in the early game, if you have two good hand crossbows. But later the unique two handed range weapons will outmatch the unique hand crossbows.
I'm having trouble figuring out how you managed to get to level 3 upon saving Arabella. I've just done it and I'm still about 300 points shy of it, and wondering where I can pick up the extra points. Did you kill Zhaik and the cambions or something? I got the sword but couldn't kill Zhaik (tactician difficulty). I even killed the 4 NPCs outside the temple where Withers is with hit and run attacks but that didn't quite get me there, and now I'm a bit at a loss for what I'm actually able to kill at this level. I messed up the progression and went with 2 levels of ranger first by mistake and now I'm still trying to get that first rogue level.
Hmm hard to tell, i also didn't killed Zhaik and his cambions so this shouldn't be the issue. One thing that might be the cause for your missing exp is that i got inspiration exp from my dark urge origin (taking gales hand and taking the food from the old tiefling woman). Other then that I did everything you can do in the grove (except the harpies and Alfira), so maybe you forgot something there like the bugbear assassin or saving Sazza from getting killed. Also I let every character join my camp, which will give a little bit of exp. But no need to worry if you still didn't get to lvl 3 after this. It's a very close call to get to lvl 3 at this point anyway, I also just barely managed it.
For enemys to kill at this lvl you could kill Brynna and Andrick or go inside the tunnel beneath the grove and kill the goblins there. Entering the blighted village will also give you some exp and there you could also kill the sleeping bugbear and the one goblin next to the well. These options should hopefully be enough to get you to lvl 3.
@@SleepingDog. Ok, it must be the companions, I haven't let any of them join my camp. Also, haven't done the bugbear assassin yet, and in your video you have Sazza only much later.
@@damiku-8866 Yes, I did save her much later. But what I did was to go there and prevent Arka from killing Sazza.
@@SleepingDog. I hadn't talked to Nettie or killed the bugbear, and some other minor things. That combined with accepting all the companions (except Gale, like you) mostly got me there. I'm actually having the opposite issue now -- I just hit level 6 and I'm not even done with the Underdark yet (killed Nere but haven't done the Adamantine Forge or dealt with the Kuo-Tai village, and for that matter I haven't even saved Mayrina yet). Normally I expect to finish Act 1 at level 5 and Act 2 at level 10, so this is way ahead of schedule. I can't really eplain that either, since when I have party members I do all the same stuff and would expect the same exp gain.
I played around with the build a bit just to try different things and personally I prefer putting the first 5 levels into ranger, followed by the sixth in rogue. It sacrifices sneak attack but you get a feat and extra attack much faster. I respec'ed when I hit level 5 to be all GS ranger and it worked very well unless I wanted to pickpocket. I also tried a beastmaster briefly for the fight with the minotaurs and having the bear tank was terrific for that fight (the Bulette occupied one of the minotaurs too, thankfully), but I missed Gloomstalker stuff too much and spec'ed back after that.
Also, I can't say enough for the Shadow of Menzoberranzan hood, which gives you the ability to go invisible for 2 turns at will (like the Deathstalker Mantle but much more reliable). It saved me a few times when I was picking off Duergar and got swarmed. I ended up clearing all the dwarves in Grymforge before freeing Nere).
@@damiku-8866 Some minor changes already can make a big difference in exp gain in the early game. I hope though that having more exp than usual is not an actual issue, but beneficial for your further progress in this run. :)
Sure, you can also start with 5 levels into ranger, I just I prefer to have sneak attack early but definitely not a must have. In the end it comes down to how you feel most comfortable playing this build, or any build for that matter. If you have troubles pickpocketing I can recommend the Gloves of Thievery to you, which will give you advantage on all of you Sleight of Hand checks. You can buy them from the zhentarim merchant Brem in the zhentarim hideout.
Yes, the Shadow of Menzoberranzan Hood is a very good item to have in your back hand for situations like this.
What is the armour at 8:10? I’ve never seen it!
It's the Drow Studded Leather Armour, which gives you +1 on Stealth.
why dont you start rogue for sleight of hand and stealth proficiency?
grüße aus sachsen!
Because you can get your skill proficiency at any lvl. But your attribute proficiencies will be set with your first lvl/starting class. As a rouge your attribute proficiencies are in DEX and INT and INT is a stat that's completely useless for me in this build. So I much rather start as a ranger, which has it's attribute proficiencies set in DEX and STR, attributes that are both useful for me.
@@SleepingDog. i didnt know that. thank you!
BUT what does attribute proficiency mean? like whats the difference between a 8 INT ranger and a 8 INT rogue?
@@StickyTapeZz The difference is that the 8 INT rouge gets a +2 from proficiency to all his INT saving throws, which the ranger doesn't get. Instead he will have this +2 on his STR saving throws. You can see the proficiency bonus, if you hover over attributes.
@@SleepingDog. ahh alright thank you!
How did you get purple arrows at the end?
Merchants at the crèche start to sell rare and very rare arrows at lvl 7. Actually it seems like with the new patch it's lvl 6 now. 🤔
How did you get drow armor without going through the outpost?
You can walk past the duergar if you walk as far to the left as possible. Past the deep gnome corpses where you can loot the Shortsword of First Blood.
how can you attack mutiple times per turn?
I have the free extra attack from the Gloomstalker subclass for the first turn. Then I had the fifth ranger lvl for the extra attack, for a short time. Other than that it's just speed potions and the blood elixir. The extra action points you get from haste and the blood elixir, also trigger the extra attack ability from you martial class, which will give you 2 extra attacks for each of these 2 buffs instead of one. So you will see me have even more attacks in the second act, once i hit lvl 8.
What bows did u use ?
Just a normal +1 Heavy Crossbow and then later the Harold.
Is karmic dice make the game easier?
Kinda, the karmic dice prevents you from having multiple failures in a row. So it basically gives you slight RNG boost.
Could this essentially carry you throughout the whole game or just act 1?🤔
ruclips.net/video/m4ufpoQEAis/видео.html Convince yourself :)
How do you get the trade offer from Volo?I had to steal the ring because there was no trade option either at the grove or in my camp.
Idk how it is in PC, but on PlayStation there’s certain NPCs that have a trade option at the bottom rather than an option in the dialogue, I just press triangle and it opens up a trade menu like they’re a normal merchant
It's like @cameronedwards8779 said. On the left bottom corner you have 5 different icons: Game Menu, Character Select, Trade, Attack and Dialogue History. The Trade icon is displayed as a hand with some coins falling into it. And If you click on it the trade menu will open. You can trade with pretty much every character in the game using this button (not all have something to trade though) and for the characters you can't trade with the icon should still be there, but greyed out.
