🇨🇦 You need to just jump in and go for it. I'm into year 4 of a streach chopper build. I'd pick away at it mostly in the winter, picking up parts and materials along the way. Finding C Burke's channel has really motivated me to put more time towards my bicycle. Once the snow melts in April, I'll start welding it. I'm excited, and I look forward to his videos. Hopefully, he'll have the same effect on you.😊
Don't be nervous. Once you start you won't want to stop. I built my first of just over 200 in1971 but mostly in the last 28 years as well as doing the majority of all the work on the 30 or so vehicles I have owned since 1976.
I hardly ever give my bikes a top paint job. Just a spray with satin colours, usually black then if it gets scratched it doesn't matter. I just get another can and give it a quick squirt.
It's a show stopper just the way it is!
