    It's inspiring to see a young person with such an extensive portfolio. However, I’d like to point out that she likely gained opportunities to invest in properties through her personal connections, such as co-owning, purchasing from family, and buying cheap from liquidating sellers. She probably has an excellent network that not everyone would be able to replicate.
    Remember, your network is your net worth.

    can you help us minimum wage earners (10K /M) how to maximize our money potential by investing?

      Never naman ata nakatikim ng minimum wage si ms charm lol. Sorry if medj rude.
      At that income, strive to get a better job muna. Start with call centers imo, very low entry requirement, relatively ok salary (25k usually).
      Tapos start with 50/30/20 rule and dont inflate your lifestyle. Focus heavily on MP2, learn to play the long game.
      Imo for 10k-25k income, ang portfolio mo ay: small EF sa checking account, big EF sa High Yield Savings Account, MP2, very small amount of crypto. That’s it.

      I was earning ₱5,000/month for the first few years of building my businesses. But agree with the comments above. Best is to focus on increasing income muna. Investments need capital,

      Emergency funds first, then save/invest in digital banks and stable cooperatives like Tagum coop & BCC MPC.

      The corporation can either be an active business or a holding company. For example, It’s easier to change owners via the corporation rather than change the owner in the title (cct/tct).

      @@lonewolf4663 i spend a lot of time browsing through real estate websites, talking to people about real estate, i let broker friends know that I’m always open if a good deal comes their way, etc!

      @@romelimmense we went through a lawyer. You can set up a holding company or put it under an actively earning company. Either way works

      As an esteemed food market, we have a lot of foot traffic. 5,000-8,000 daily. So you can focus on operations and sales. Less worry sa marketing. Dining tables are also communal so less overhead and maintenance

      @@Futokuko I think actively managing your properties well sets you apart from everyone else. Thoughtfully furnished spaces, responsiveness, and consistency helps out in renting out your spaces short or long term.

    What is reimbursement loan?

      @@artemis543 it’s the term for a loan you take when the title is transferred to you already. So it’s assumed that I paid the seller already and the bank is reimbursing me (buyer). If it’s an acquisition loan, money goes to seller.

      @@internetexplorer9430 some were under a loan and some were paid in cash (hati kami 1/5 lang binayad ko since I only own 20%)

    Hello, you mentioned that most of them are still being paid via equity and you will take a mortgage, also some are still on mortgage. Wouldnt that technically be considered a liability atm until such time it is paid?

      That's true, but in computing your networth its usually ASSETS minus LIABILITIES thus if your asset/property increased in value while paying the mortgage, it will yield in positive networth, so even though its not yet fully paid, it adds positively to your networth and portfolio.

      @@parekoys100 Yes, correct. 3 are fully paid, and 3 are under loan/to be under a loan. Even if this is the case, we still technically own it already (just owe the bank money haha) and we are still net positive with these investments (paid equity + increase in value)

      It’s under a SEC registered corporation or company and I’m 1 of 5 owners.

      We’re only renting out 2. 2 are used as office (so saving on rent), 1 is to be turned over, and 1 is to be renovated for primary home use

      I think it really depends on the deal. Real estate almost always appreciates anyway so even if you buy at the “peak” of the price, it’s still gonna increase in value eventually.
