That looks like a good bible, I agree, for the pulpit, it should be built to last a few seasons. A lot of lined pages, and space around the text block. Most things in the back are good for a lay-reader, but I don't think are essential for a preacher. Better to have more lined pages.
Hello young man. Did you finally grab yourself a ESV Single Column Verse by Verse Preaching Bible? If you did what's your opinion of it, and how do you like it? The way it looks in the video, my only complaint is it looks a bit on the heavy side.
I did get me that Bible. It is very nice, especially the leather. Concerning the size, I actually like a bigger, heavier Bible. I haven’t used from the pulpit yet because I still preach from my NKJV. One of these days!
