Hi Kelly, great to hear from you. We try to get the glue on the outer parts of the wood. This means when you cut out the design there's no glue holding the layers together and they come apart easily. Glue does sometimes get onto the designs and when that happens we separate the layers using a straight chisel and sand off any glue remaining. Thanks for supporting our RUclips channel. Stick small items to carve on a larger piece will double sided tape 😊
