    The week my dear wife and I spent staying in Corfe Castle village was the last one we were able to take before her MS really took hold. It was fascinating wandering round the castle ruins. Apparently John fled here in a massive sulk after being forced by the barons to sign the Magna Carta.

    ❤dor was a port in the times of ancient Israel's twrlve tribes.so anyplaces with dor.e.g.dorchester is where these seafarers landed and migrated to.our land was well known by phoenicians and people of dor

      Hi Sandra: That is a fascinating bit of information thank you. I shot four videos on my recent visit to Dorset.
      Corfe Castle, The Heritage Railway, Blue Pool and finally Sandbanks and Swanage. I made one of the Portland area last year.
