question 5 is false, they said that North America earned 10 billion dollars more in FY 4 than FY 5. The graph shows that they have actually earned 10 billion dollars less.

Question 16, it says approximately 1.35, the amount for FY 7 vomes up to 1.34 , the answer sjould be true.
