There is lot of changes in me after performing this pooja.It is now 84 days chanting 1008 times a day offering pooja both home and visiting lord shiva temple daily offering one flower without fail.I really glad i visited unexpectedly godess temples in few areas on my way ..as( she offered me with fruit,bindhi with bangles by the devotees.)....also performed kunkumarchana :)hope will do next completion of my 108 day of pooja with good result.. of my marriage with good and strong person.

It is good. No harm. When you are intaking the mantra vibration you inner power (Kundali power) might have raisen. This would shake the body. This will happen to the persons who are more concentrated and near to the God. You can start recite the mantra inside instead of chanting open voice. The veda says the world has got created through sapda (sound) i.e. sapda brahma.
You may skip the japa during periods . But in the mind you can be reciting the mantra . No problem. When blood connection is made with the mantra japa the matra will tend to produce negativity . This is the reason for this exception. This is applicable to men also . If men is having any bleending wound the japa should be avoided. After healing the would they may do the japa.

Swaha is part of this mantra. This should not be replaced with Namaha. Whenever you are having swaha in a mantra while doing aahuthi you have to add one more swaha in dheerga swara. I can provide you another example if you take Ganapathi moola mantra it is having swaha as part of it. There also you should not change with namaha. One more swaha to be added while doing aahuthi.

That is absolutely correct. As we are having Trisathi with 300 namas for pancha dashakshari Mantra (15 X 20 = 300). This swaym wara mantra also having a Swayamvara Parvathi Mantra Mala Stotra with 45 slokas starting with each and every letter from this Mantra
For any other worshipping, prayers the above restrictions need not be applied. When you are into problem or in danger please ignore all these restrictions . There devotion will dominate .

If you are not having an earnest and sincere feeling due to discontinuity after telling to the God you can restart for another 48 days. To acheive anything you have to concentrate for a certain period. It is between your Father (God) and you. It is a matter of love between yourself and God.

You can do 1008 times if you are having enough time. Not an issue. Minimum 108 you should do. what ever you are doing make it consistent over 48 days. If you are having already accumulated good divine power in your earlier births you would get the result soon. Otherwise it would take some more time with more countings like a lamp needs certain voltage to give light. But with more love & devotion you can reduce the resulting time.

If you are not having the picture to worship you can keep the lamp as the goddess parvathi and do the japa. 6) After japa daily do deeparadana and naivedyam to goddess. 7) Discuss all your problems to the goddess and ask her to remove all the obstacles. Even during the day time you may recite the matra in your heart so that while doing japa you won't get distracted much..
Based on your time availability decide the number of times. If you want to be vigorous take 1008 . You can take Onions and Garlic.No problem. Any food available below the earth will be having a tendency of generating Gas and heat. Some time due to these effects the tapas will get disturbed. That 's why it is told not to take these foods. Be concentrated on the japa and proceed. If possible finish your japa early morning. If not possible ..carry on with the japa. Rules are not ulitmate. Purpose is important.

If you are not having an earnest and sincere feeling due to discontinuity after telling to the God you can restart for another 48 days. To acheive anything you have to concentrate for a certain period. It is between your Father (God) and you. It is a matter of love between yourself and God.

Was wondering about the source of your understanding of mantra sadhana,did you get trained by someone or some school or was it self acquired?
You can do 1008 times if you are having enough time. Not an issue. Minimum 108 you should do. what ever you are doing make it consistent over 48 days. If you are having already accumulated good divine power in your earlier births you would get the result soon. Otherwise it would take some more time with more countings like a lamp needs certain voltage to give light. But with more love & devotion you can reduce the resulting time.
Sir. You told without break we should chant for 48 days without break. So could you please tell me if ladies can chant this during their menstruation time. Please reply.

@shashivan 5) Lit a lamp . Sit facing north or east. North is better for this japa. If you are not having the picture to worship you can keep the lamp as the goddess parvathi and do the japa.
6) After japa daily do deeparadana and naivedyam to goddess.
7) Discuss all your problems to the goddess and ask her to remove all the obstacles. Even during the day time you may recite the matra in your heart so that while doing japa you won't get distracted much..

Based on your time availability decide the number of times. If you want to be vigorous take 1008 . The logic is when continuously you are praying the vibrated heat energy will travel more in the universe and find the correct answer to your prayer soon. Ultimately devotion and concentration is more important. Belive these words and proceed. Any counting proceedure is ok. Japa mala is good . During menstrual cycle you can recite the mantra in your mind. Japa you can avoid.

You can take Onions and Garlic.No problem. Any food available below the earth will be having a tendency of generating Gas and heat. Some time due to these effects the tapas will get disturbed. That 's why it is told not to take these foods. Be concentrated on the japa and proceed. If possible finish your japa early morning. If not possible ..carry on with the japa. Rules are not ulitmate. Purpose is important.

Deeparadana means litting a ghee lamp and showing before the deity . Naivedyam means providing pure eatables ( sweets,fruits ,etc without adding salt) and taking this food as sacred food after the japa.
