Love this home very well laid out. I was expecting a nice Wolf outdoor kitchen to match the wonderful backyard entertainment area, but overall I'll give it a 95% the other 5% would have been to the Outdoor Kitchen. Great job as always guys. 👌🏾

I really do not like the floor plan of this home. It is a big house….but not thought out I don’t think. And some of the choices and finishes are questionable….. For example…the fireplace just looks wrong on so many levels…. Great tour as always. Thankyou!
This house is awful!
Special indeed! Wowza. Love the home. Not a fan of that much brick flooring (a mudroom fine) as brick is just not pleasant to walk on, not kid or pet friendly, and cleaning it is a nightmare because you can't just hose it down like it's a patio. Feels unintentional going that far into the main living of the home. Like the wood planks were too delayed and the builders said ef it.

Wait, in order to get to the main bedroom you’d have to first walk through the kitchen or the dining room? There’s no direct way to load groceries from car to kitchen. Otherwise I love most materials, the hallway, scullery, staircase color palette are very very nice!

Lovely but not a fan of the checkerboard master bathroom floor. Everything else in there is soft and neutral and the floors are just too much. Plus, $5 mil and no outdoor kitchen/grill?

Floor plan of house was very odd. Kitchen layout doesn’t lend itself that well for cooking with everything far away from everything else. Over all interior design didn’t feel warm and earthy like they were going for. All the flat paint felt blah.
Upstairs has tons of wasted space. Only thing I did like was the secondary bedrooms and their baths and closets. Kids will be very lucky to have those rooms.
I think I like this one better from the outside. Inside is meh.

The finishes are just kind of all over the place. Nothing really feels cohesive in this house.
