I'm having issues with the connection phase. my Co2 bottle has tracks. i cant get it to quick connect. Is this one of those that you can only use a special Co2 bottle on? If so i need to return it.
Hi @datsawesome3241, Sorry to hear that you are having trouble connecting your CO2 cylinder. Is the cylinder a blue or pink one? The Blue ones are the screw in type and the pink ones are the quick connect which slot in. Do you know the name or model of your machine and we can try and see what type of cylinder it uses. If you do think that you have purchased the wrong type of cylinder then you will be able to go back to the retailer and swap it.
it wont spray the fizz? is there a problem with my sodastream?
Hi @bunnops1717 Can I ask what type of machine you are using and what type of Co2 cylinder you have connected? Have you checked that the cylinder is connected correctly and that it is a full cylinder? Are you contacting us from Australia? Thanks
