Yeah, i really don't get the point on going in to the forest when the ground conditions are bad. It is all round negative, soil compaction, rutting the ground, tractor/ damage. I could imagine someone saying there is so much work they need to work all year, but that isn't right because the same work in a dryer season would take much less time. Unfortunately with my citrus groves i have no choice because they are ready to pick in the height of the rainy season, but i don't dare go into my farmed forestry in winter. Even by foot you run a risk getting stuck.
