I read your comment just as I was starting to watch and listen and I was sort of puzzled. But god damn it, you are 100% right. Keith did a great job here.
I wanna scream every 2 minutes when Bill interrupts or hijacks the conversation. Fire Bills manager & agent for not disciplining him. I was so happy when I seen it was Keith Urban, then it was 93% Billy Boy. DAMN !!!
Keith is an incredibly active listener so much so he ended up interviewing bill can't wait for the follow up so we can learn some things about Keith...🎉🎉🎉 awesome pod. Thanks
I first heard Keith at a County fair and met him in-person at a Walmart where he was signing albums. I’m not a Country music fan, but loved his music, and was impressed with him as a person.
Saw this pod in my notifications , and didn’t hesitate. I’m not even a country fan , but I know a megastar when I see one. And I’m always eager to see two people at the top of their game talk about their lives. Great episode Billy red balls.
That was brilliant Bill. As an Aussie, I think of Keith as one of the greats. He is genuinely an awesome guy. So many people have stories of him being so gracious and awesome to fans. Ive never been lucky enough to meet him, but seen him live way back in the day. Great interview cause I learnt about both of you. Thanks man, great job.
@@barrycuda3769 left when he was a baby. It's not a Russell Crowe situation, although Russell has started referring to himself as a Kiwi in recent years. That said he does seem to be rocking some Maori tattoos.
On the list of cross overs i didnt know i needed lmao "somebody like you" is the first country song i actually liked. Was the soundtrack to my 17/18s and ol billy was the first actual comedian i started following regularly and actively seeking out his stuff (which is how i found this podcast many years ago). Absolutely legendary.
Our boy Keith 🇦🇺 on the Thursday afternoon, just before Friday, Monday morning podcast!! Keith seems like a genuine champion bloke. Great episode thank you Billy no booze.
well, sometimes he does. his guests don't seem to mind tho. but it's what he does, I love the guy. same with nfl, I'm german, I could give a shit about football, but it's his thing, get with it :)
Thanks for having Keith Urban on your podcast, Bill. I’ve been a fan of his music for a very long time. I’ve always been amazed that he speaks with an Australian accent, but there’s absolutely no trace of it when he sings. Which I find more amazing than a guy like Mel Tillis losing his stutter when he sings. That makes more sense to me. But talking like an Aussie and singing like an American, that’s always fascinated me.
I'll never forget at Jazzfest watching Keith Urban soloing behind his head, walks out into the crowd, doing his regular routine, see a chic, she sees him coming, mouth slowly opens wider... he's 5 ft. away, she touches him, and just faints. Just faints, straight up. Flat on her back feet over head...I looked at my brother to make sure he saw it and said, that is a bad fkn dude. He has IT.
all 8 ft. away from me. Keith Urban been underestimated for years. He fkng rules. You've never seen a more talented musician, i haven't besides maybe John Frusciante of RHCP
OMG......am I alone that the 'reading copy' is LMAO hilarious. And not just Bills quips, but just him reading the copy raw & live. So bad...and so so so good all at the same time. By the end of reading the copies Bill is rubbing his head and squirming, just wanting it to be over 😆🤣🤣 P.S. my mind swirls....these adds are a potential goldmine for an entire set.
Kieth is really calm and cool. Great artist and singer imo. But yeah he really allowed Bill to be interviewed instead of himself. So interesting that Bill can tell his story again and it’s still entertaining to hear.
In 1975 RCMP Constable Glen O'neil gave an afternoon presentation to my high school. The next morning I met him on the highway while going to school. He whipped around, lights flashing, pulled me over, walked up to my open window, and said "Do you realize you were just doing 69? (MPH back then). I looked at him and said "Well yeah, but that was last night." He started laughing loudly and after a while told me to get to school but slow down, ok? THAT cop had a sense of humor.
Clicked on this without reading the full title. Cool, Bill doing a podcast with some Australian guy. Then I read that it is Keith Urban. I enjoyed it more when it was just an Australian guy. In spite of all of his accomplishments, Keith has now been promoted to 'some Australian guy'.
Yup but Kieth was into it. He didn't have to do anything. He was interviewing Bill. He seemed to be enjoying it though. It's cool though cuz I enjoy listening to Burr. Bill suddenly goes oh yeah what about you Kieth?
Errick from Dallas here..😂 Billy sober red beard, strong beard at that! Your interview with Keith Urban the Man Dime( not gay), hahha was great! However sir, would of appreciated more in depth questions to get to know Kieth some more. Loved it ya’ll were great. Would like to see him on your pod again. Love ya Bill your the man!
For those of you that don't get Bill's style of interview, just remember, his podcast has been unique in the fact that he just talks to himself,(we just get to go along for the ride). So when he gets another person, he freaks out a little. I personally find it wonderful, and I'm sure his fans do too. Imagine being the lovely Nia, she has to deal with it 24/7...
Great episode with Keith. Just wanted to mention that there was a slight "Humming Sound" in the background ....idk maybe something with a small motor was to close to the extra mic 🤷
It turns out Keith Urban is a great interviewer. 😂
Nah... fuck that magic rich people BS
So nice to see Bill being interviewed by Keith.
I read your comment just as I was starting to watch and listen and I was sort of puzzled. But god damn it, you are 100% right.
Keith did a great job here.
Great listener!
This is fucking awesome!!
So true
I wanna scream every 2 minutes when Bill interrupts or hijacks the conversation. Fire Bills manager & agent for not disciplining him. I was so happy when I seen it was Keith Urban, then it was 93% Billy Boy. DAMN !!!
Keith Urban and Bill Burr is a duo I never thought we needed
Kieth was a great guest. You probably just made a real friend Bill. He seems pretty real and sincere. Great episode.
Keith always comes across as a great dude. His interview with the Aussie RUclips cook is great
Keith is an incredibly active listener so much so he ended up interviewing bill can't wait for the follow up so we can learn some things about Keith...🎉🎉🎉 awesome pod. Thanks

My dad used to say "I'm not an alcoholic, I'm a drunk! Drunks don't have to go to meetings". ✌😆🍻
Mine finally found Drunk Anonymous
I like how bill has these guests on and they just start interviewing him
I like these podcast lately. Mr. Urban is actually funny and interesting.
Huge compliment to Urban that Billy opens up to him.

This was one of the best podcasts I've heard in a while, thoroughly enjoyed every second!

Enjoyed this, didn't realize how cool and chill Keith was. It really was like two dudes getting to know each other and having a good conversation.
yah everyone is complaining about the interview, doing an interview is an art, bill isn't an interviewer. he's talking to someone like a friend.
Have always loved Keith as a real cool down to earth megastar.
Great podcast enjoyed the banter! Keith playing Dr Phil 😂
Keith's surname is ironic, as he's a country musician.
We needed Billy safari hat for this one too
Our boy Keith 🇦🇺 on the Thursday afternoon, just before Friday, Monday morning podcast!! Keith seems like a genuine champion bloke. Great episode thank you Billy no booze.
Ol' Billy Big Podcasta Ova Heeaaa!
You explain abusive households so well and the desire and safety in being alone.
Bill you gotta let him talk just a little bit man lol
🤣
For Christ sake Bill !!! And everyone comments then writes Lol. NO ITS NOT FUNNY.
seriously, this was such a frustrating listen
well, sometimes he does. his guests don't seem to mind tho. but it's what he does, I love the guy. same with nfl, I'm german, I could give a shit about football, but it's his thing, get with it :)
😂
Tuned in to hear Keith's story, 45 minutes in I'm listening 1000 of Bill's words to 10 of Keiths.
Great episode just wanted to hear Keith’s story more.
I took my mother to see a Keith Urban Concert a few years ago back… he is the real deal 💜
An absolute legend in the business and one HELLa' guitar player,, the ever incredible Keith Urban. I am going to LUV watching this video.
I learned things from you guys.
I learned there are genuine people in the world.
If you are just learning this you need to get out more Hun
Keith put's on a good show. My wife made me go and that guy can play a guitar......like metal stuff!!
i did not expect Keith as a guest
I was very surprised.
I was expecting a comedian as usual but damn Keith Urban, keep the unexpected collabs coming ol Billy ciallis
Thanks for having Keith Urban on your podcast, Bill. I’ve been a fan of his music for a very long time. I love this podcast more + more every week
Keith is one of the more underrated guitarists in the industry. It's my duty as a guitarist to inform everyone of that.
Bill you gotta let the guest talk😂
Keith’s interviewing him. What do you want him to do? Keith dodges every question.
Keith is a great interviewer! 😂 He's such a cool guy. And a hell of a guitar player. 🎸🎸
Great interview Keith!

I rarely like when he has guests but 30sec in and Keith's already roasting him 😂 this should be good
Listening from Australia. ❤
I wouldn’t mind a weekly podcast of these two
Keith killed it with Frampton last night!
The amount of cliffhangers I was left on because of Bill interrupting is absurd
Glad I wasn't the only one feeling that way.
Mr. Bill pulling another big time guest!. And Bill you don't look fat. Great podcast!
I had no idea Keith was such a cool dude, and I'm Australian 😅
Well, he's gained a new fan!
“Resentment is like lighting yourself on fire and hoping the other guy dies from smoke inhalation.” -Keith Urban.
Brilliant!!!
That was the best interview I've ever heard two amazing people thanks guys
19:59 no Bill it's not a lil bit, it's huge and I love it because it made you the GOAT and a better person
Great podcast, Bill! But I wanna know the story about how Keith Urban wound up in your studio!!
Keith Urban hosting the Bill Burr podcast and Bill Burr the special guest.
Outside the box guest. Great guest and interview!
Watching the ad reads makes them even better lol
Always entertaining! Even the ads, Much love!
Keith interviews Bill here.
So God damn sad !!! Really wanted to find out more about Keith.
My heart's like a hometown
Keith Urban has coolest accent ever..
His hard R's are so jarring to the Australian ear.

He's gonna be in Charlotte next weekend with Luke Combs, Eric Church, Sheryl Crow and others. Gonna be an epic show.
Keith Urban interviews Bill Burr
Just heard the "Billy Crocker" podcast, and that's all I wanna call ya now 😂❤
Kieth is really calm and cool. Great artist and singer imo. But yeah he really allowed Bill to be interviewed instead of himself. So interesting that Bill can tell his story again and it’s still entertaining to hear.
Watching Bill read an ad was harder than hearing him read aloud alone
Billy was born to be a cop but decided to be a comedian instead
yep. Bill was born to be the Cop that everyone wants to patrol with.
Stfu he was meant to be a ticket cop that talks shit to everybody because he can + knows that they can't do anything but pay that ticket 🎟️

Okay relax you bunch of bootlickers 😒 cops aren’t special or in possession of personality. Tf are you on about.

I love the luminous glow off ol’ billy boys head in the ad reads 😂
I’ve noticed you’ve changed and we love you for it ❤ Bill, you were so much fun on the Anniewood podcast. 😂😂😂😂😂
Omg are Bill and Nia gonna be best friends with Keith and Nicole!?
what the fuck?? already know this is awesome
Good morning friends ☀️ hope your having a smashing great day 💝 be we 🙏 and positive 🎉❤😊
Keith Urban is a great guy. Even though he couldn’t tour during the pandi he still paid his entire staff during the duration of the shutdown.
Wow!!!! This Aussie is so proud to hear this.
Great Galway reference, Bill... perfect sense!

Moving pictures and everything!
It's like back in the day when you used to go to your pot dealers house, but it's Bill
ok. This was a cracking interview.
Good shit
Ol' Billy "Bring A Lesbian To Work Day" Burr.
I never knew Keith Urban is Australian until now
Bill I think you are a brother from another mother 😂
Keith needs to be a regular guest
Yup but Kieth was into it. He didn't have to do anything. He was interviewing Bill. He seemed to be enjoying it though. It's cool though cuz I enjoy listening to Burr. Bill suddenly goes oh yeah what about you Kieth?
I love these somewhat random interviews.
Nashville might be my personal favorite
Good Ole Billy BLOWS the interview!
This is the most random combo ever, haha.
There’s lots of great interviews of Keith here on YT.
55:22 Bob Pogo confirmed IYKYK
Video Ads needs to be a thing every pod, come on Andrew, make it happen!!
And Andrew please talk to Billy about allowing guess to talk. PLEASE
Wow, that was a great podcast with my countryman Keith !!
Great job mate, that was fun as shit !!

And bless Keith, just said what all of us have been thinking Every. Single. Time.
Though remember everyone, Keith has a new album, called "High", and is touring the US til October 25....
Had no idea keith urban was australian. Very cool
Bill gets a great guest, then never stops talking about himself. Who is the guest?
i cant wait to see the epic Lars Ulrich biopic starring Bill Burr, playine the drums all by himself
has BB had Lars on the Thursday podcast?
bill knows about the asian uncle walk LOL
Most of this is great. :)
Ole' Billy Bazooka Balls
'Ol Billy Urban!
Great episode with Keith. Just wanted to mention that there was a slight "Humming Sound" in the background ....idk maybe something with a small motor was to close to the extra mic 🤷
Billy Backdoor Bandit 😂
It’s cool hearing people talking about Atlanta after years of nobody ever coming there.
Keith sounds like the Australian version of Matthew Mcconaghy.
