The guy was caught with drugs, out on bond and also on probation! He sits two years while the DA and various lawyers keep getting continued. Finally almost two years later, the DA uses him as a snitch so he only gets 3 years extra probation. I will have PTSD for the rest of my life.

Someone who sexually assaulted a child does not deserve to walk freely unless they were falsely accused. If the court doesn’t deal with it then in my opinion the parent has free reign to do as they see fit
Edit: ok so everyone seems to think I don’t have a brain, I know the lawyer is legally obligated to provide the best legal protection that’s their job and it’s always gonna be, nothing wrong with that. My problem is the the legal system allows child predators to basically get away with what they do with very little consequences. THAT is when the parent can do what they see fit. So, sadly, they win more often than not bc burden of proof is often hard to meet, and the more "slick" lawyers know there's way more money in keeping criminals out, than there will ever be from the State Dept. who put the criminals away. 😔

If the prosecution does not have the evidence to convict, don’t blame jayoma, or any other defense attorney for being able to uphold our constitution and protect the rights of these people. unfortunately the reason he's so good is because in a court of law it doesn't just work that way. a judge can't throw the book based on they don't like the lawyer. because the lawyer will know that and poke holes all over the place and get a dismissed case and a lawsuit. judges have to uphold the law and if a defense lawyer is good enough you can't do anything about it unless your prosecutors are better

Everyone deserves representation, period. Abolity to suceed in the legal system shouldn't be based on ability to hire a good lawyer- when people get away because of "technicalities" like not agreeing to be searched, it keeps cops accountable and, hopefully, makes them want to do their jobs better. Guarantee the full length video is cut unfairly without giving the attorney the chance for a proper explanation- every person is innocent until proven guilty, lawyers like him ensure that everyone who hasn't been found guilty, and therefore is presumed to be innocent, has a fair trial. Remember that it's the rich pedophiles who really are the ones getting away with crimes, as well as the corporate-bribed congressmen who sit by while children starve in America as American money goes to bombing more children overseas instead of feeding our poor, housing our homeless, and treating our ill
