Yes. Too much magnification. Doesn’t match font size on bezel.
It’s further away from the date, as the rehaught ring is thicker. It’s the same mag as the Rolex.
Really nice watch and great review. I own several Steeldive Captain Willards and all have very slightly wonky indices. I think it's cos they're square, which show up any misalignment more than round pips. Still can't fault them at the price.
If you take suggestions… I would love to see your interpretation of the Steel Dive SD1993 GMT Batman

How does the Oyster compare to the Jubilee bracelet?
@@st4ndaman both of their bracelets are made well nothing too fancy gets all the jobs done other than it is pin and collar instead of screws
I've got the "hulk" (green/green) on an oyster coming next week. If it's good, then I'll be looking to pick up the "Starbucks" green/black on a jubilee for the 11.11 sale. It's such good value, I see now issue owning two of them.

Hi. Nice review. I would send that back with that bezel like that. They would have exchanged on QC issues. Also, due to the Rehault ring being thicker than the original Submariner , the cyclops is further away from the date wheel, thus magnifying the date. In reality, the cyclops is the same magnification as the Rolex cyclops, but higher up.

Jubilee or oyster. What is the best choice?
Honestly it's kind of a hard choice because I'm more of an oyster bracelet guy however the jubilee is prettier it doesn't scratch as easy and is more comfortable 2 years ago you wouldn't catch me wearing anything with a jubilee now it's my go-to

Is your black sub homage with the custom logo and the PT 5000 from Bliger or Tandorio?
Neither that I know of I purchased this through the time watch store on AliExpress
Good review. The Steeldive's certainly a great Rolex Sub homage. The lume is quite good and the water resistance depth rating's been improved (claimed) by Steeldive to 300m now it seem~ but still probably best taken with pinch....umm a cup of salt. Still sans one of those table top watch water resistance test pumps, its quite tempting to dangle one off a rod and reel to send it down at least 50-100m down off the coast. :D

Could you please estimate is it possible to use this 1953 jubilee variant o on a 16cm wrist? Or will it be to everwhelming for my tiny wrist :'
Yeah I just got to figure out the conversion between centimeters and inches for example my wrist seven inches

The sd1953 is a very solid choice as far as the turquoise I have not seen it I think it would probably look good 😊
