Erasure actually works on multiple quirks. In USJ, we see several small-time villains have their quirks erased; and whenever erasure was used on Shigaraki, literally ALL of his quirks were erased. Also, while you right about the quirk not being an instant W if the target has ridiculous base strength, it’s also the case if the target’s a heteromorph - again as shown in USJ.
All for One is an individual power. It can literally take away any quirk you have by simply touching you with the user's hand. And don't forget that it has a powerful conscience inside, able to take bodies and merge with their minds, like it happened with Shigaraki.

Twice by far seems to be the best Quirk. I mean you basically jack of all trades really, you can make a double of anybody along side thier Quirks , so you can basically use any Quirk if you know thier user. Recovery Girl , Sir Nighteye, Erasurehead , Mic. You have access to basically every Quirk in my hero , all you need is to have friends to hang out with and your able to make doubles of themselves. If your feeling lonely you can make clone of Ms.Midnight so you won't be lonely anymore.

Half hot-Half cold should definitely be up here. It really doesn’t have a limit if you think about it and it’s very good for offensive and defensive abilities. It’s only weakness is probably switching between hot and cold but yea. I also think erasure should be ranked slightly lower, W ranking overall.

this is not about base quirks its about the final stage, decay on its own was absolute trash before Shigaraki awakened, Overhaul is impossible for anyone to use and fix things without having deep molecular knowledge like Chisaki, so it's about their strongest potential form

People don't realise how strong Overhaul quirk is, that's the same kind of power as Dr Manhattan and Wanda Vision even if at a lower level, if his power became stronger he would have been a serious threat to Deku

AFO/OFA arent here because this is talking about quirks on their own, OFA and AFO rely based off other quirks, otherwise they do nothing. ( OFA just gives a stat boost at it's base, AFO without stacking quirks does nothing )
@@Keetsoona AFO is a quirk on his own, its based of being able to steal a quirk, it works without stacking, just like AFO did when he was born. By that logic Copy shouldnt be on this list because on its own its nothing as well.
