The majority of fights that we've seen him in is just him combining quirks together to do a massive, scale attack but literally nothing else. Dude literally has any power he wants and isn't creative enough to do anything else.
Disagree, as we see from him consistently, he is very creative with his combination of quirks and the effects of combining them, plus he hasn't needed to try because of his clever and creative combinations. The only reason he's doing random combinations in this fight is because of three factors 1) it's stated shigirakis hatred is affecting him via their link 2) he's in a significantly younger body that's making his emotions harder to control 3) he REALLY hates all might So all of this in a vat and we get afo tweaking out of his mind

Also we've seen how much skill and knowledge is required to effectively utilise one quirk (hell there's schools dedicated for this) so for him to have hundreds of them and use them all effectively together is impressive and says a lot about his intelligence.
