- A group of Swift fans are suing Ticketmaster and its parent company Live Nation for fraud, misrepresentation and antitrust violations over its botched release of concert tour tickets.

FINALLY someone is taking a stand against ticketmaster. I've had similar issues with Paramore and Avril Lavigne tickets. The website and app constantly crash and real fans lose tickets to bots who then put the tickets for resale at exorbitant prices. And there's no alternative, nowhere else to buy the tickets from. This system needs to change!

This is a smart move. Companies think they can just take your money and not provide respectable customer service. This is the new Corporate Bullsh*t. "We take your money, but are not professionally responsible for anything."

Ticketmaster apart this is actually very scary that someone is that obsessed with nothing. They need therapy. Stop buying or carrying the artist and ticketmazter will change.

yeah the point is that they're not the well off people that are paying boat loads to go, they're the ones who can't because they agree with you that ticket prices shouldn't be so high due to monopolies, and are doing something about it
