The PD camping the mountain is a bit unfair. Irl, that's probably how the police would do it. But here, it's quite unfair. Should they be allowed to do that? But yeah, it's probably for a video for Trey's channel so they are allowed to camp like that.
Trust me that's not how England Lost the American Colony to the Colonists. The English were not Militarily prepared for Guerrilla Warfare Tactics, that's the main reason they lost in the 1770's, and again around 1812 to 1815 or so. People forget, but the US beat the English twice.
