At least it´s the back right?! No one sees that but you Dino 😉😅 I don´t see any Poa, do you never have issues with that? Mine is just crazy at the moment, I gave up doing something about it, so much poa, so many patches!
I live in GA. The best way to keep Fescue green throughout the summer here is to invest in an irrigation system with a rain sensor since fescue has absolutely no heat or drought tolerance. Also apply fungicides regularly according to the label for brown patch disease starting in April through August or September.
The backyard is like watching the Yankees. Starts off great and then falls apart in mid Summer. As a fan of them and your channel I will still support and hope for the best 💚💙👍🏻🦸🏻♂
I put hybrid bluegrass in part of my backyard lawn. The fescue is dormant even with watering... but that hybrid stuff is still going! It's meant as a tough drought resistant grass.
I love Zoysia, but it's slow and there's a lot of shade there. Some of the more shade tolerant may work, but idk, that side where the prg died looks to have way too much shade for zoysia.

Yes, the backyard. No issues with Poa. I have given up on a 4-season backyard. I am going to just be ok with a 3-season lawn.

I have irrigation. This issue is the Perennial can't take the excessive heat and humidity. The Fescue is fine in my yard, it's just the Perennial.
I seeded spf30 hybrid kbg survived south florida. May be a good seed to mix with fescue. And its cheap lol.
Thanks! I’ll check it out!
Dude, now just hear me out. Get lawn paint and spray it green! Should buy you the 6 weeks that you need and you'd have another episode for the peeps!
Ha! I'll think about it.

Thanks Keith! It's a never ending saga for both! #GoYankees

Ha! You're not wrong!
transition zone problems…
You know it well!

I may consider it.

I don’t think zoysia is right for your situation Dino. It’s a great type but they all have their cons
@@AntoineClaquin-cf2hd I don’t think so either. Too much shade. The transition zone sucks. Throw in a bunch of shade and here we are.
Boo hoo! 😧😧😧
Thank you for your sympathy. Anything else?
