Love the video, tips were helpful. I just bought a small seedling this morning, planted already ready to go. Can’t wait. Thank you Dave..
My friends got so big so fast he cut it down. Not enough space.
Great job mate! I plant street trees in new housing estates in Australia. We have a really great success rate with like 2ft of slotted ag pipe down the hole close to the rootball to help get water down the whole
Jesta747200 love that!!! You rock! Cool thing to do!!
You have some great templates to follow and build off there in Phoenix with Jake's and greenies garden. Keep the videos coming to show your progress.
Thank you Scott! I'll def keep it up!
Phoenix Arizona already has so many minerals in the soil because of the volcanoes that erupted in the Peoria area and everytime it rains the minerals wash down and soak into the valley. So what you should do is develop the soil to pull those minerals towards the roots of the trees that way the trees are able to collect the minerals so rocked us is initially unneeded.
the only thing in the valley that you should really supplement is iron because a lot of the trees down here are iron deficient.
@@gardencraver7918 yes we do have good soil, I just go overboard... lol. The wood chips and mulch are the one thing I would say do without question. other supplements are up to the individual...
02:51 just after you finished flirting I thought that was a pepper grinder lol 😂
Nice video
lol!
Beautiful 😍💖💚
Awesome Saguaro Cactus in the back ground
leese 44 thanks!!! It's a big boy👍🏽
I start and grow 15 to 25 of these trees each year . they are amazing and beautiful trees . it might grow out and touch that mail box within 10 years .
Grower of the Rare Breeds I will gladly relocate the mailbox for this beautiful tree! I'll give an update on growth next spring!
So cool you're growing so many! Are you in the Phoenix valley? Do you have a nursery where you sell them or do you have an orchard?
Develop Awesome Skills I live in Central Florida . My Nursery "Nature's Rarest Breeds LLC" just closed on June 6th . I was blessed with my first child last August and have been unable to maintain the Nursery .
One of my favorite trees is the Peanut Butter Fruit Tree (Bunchosia Argentea) and the Ice Cream Bean Tree .
Grower of the Rare Breeds wow congrats on the expanding family! Hope you keep growing!
Grower of the Rare Breeds I gotta try those out!
When are you posting the update got this tree???
Well I sold stonehaven a while ago so I don’t have an update on this one. But I’m not sure the new buyers kept it alive
Water before you mulch mate 👍
ok cool. Why do you do it this way?
Tnx
great amendments to your soil you're doing it all right except for the mycorrhizae it needs to have direct contact with the root for the optimal benefit. they won't activate unless they contact the root, other than that great job man I'm planting my first eucalyptus this weekend!!!
Kooj c how cool bro. Thanks man. My thought is that when activated inside the hole, it grows and as the roots grow it attaches that way. How would you apply it?
Develop Awesome Skills yeah. I think that will work. makes sense. ..
Develop Awesome Skills that is correct . the roots will grow into it . it does not need direct contact . make sure you add Molasses to your fertilizer . use the Molasses at least twice a month in your feed at 1/4 tsp per gallon . the Molasses will feed the Mycorrhiza and the colony of beneficial bacteria (Mycorrhiza) will grow .
Grower of the Rare Breeds
right on! Thanks for the tip! I'll give it a try.
Molasses is good for more than just making rum! Haha
Develop Awesome Skills I've been using Mycorrhiza for over 3 years now . Molasses feeds the bacteria well and makes the colonies grow out of control . Check out a guy named Chris Trump on RUclips . He explains and teaches you how to make Mycorrhiza . Chris Trump is one of the most Advanced Farmers in America .

Is that an Australian Eucalyptus tree ? If so the only fertilizer they need is blood and bone in small quantities to start with anyway ???????????
This one is a rainbow, but I believe most eucalyptus are Australian originally but I'm not really sure.
