In this video, I’m not really doing a whole project for you to imitate, I’m just teaching you the basic steps of how to do it with detailed explanations and examples.

    This is the best tutorial I've seen. Thank you for making this, it finally clicked and I did my very first successful brick stitch.

    Another awesome tutorial! I guessed this might be the way to make the taller triangular shape, but wasn't sure. Thanks too for the tip about hanging the fringes from the double bead sets.

    Omg, it's not obvious which different colored bead goes on. I had to watch this a bunch of times to get it through my head, and I still screwed up! Lol!!! Thanks!

    Great video, thank you so much for sharing. It's clearly explained and covers everything, even using two colors, which I was about to start. I have the same question as Maggie Glover though... How did you get that bead pattern template on your phone? I struggle to find a good way to create designs, the way you show it on your phone is exactly what I need!

      I put the pattern on Google Drive! Then open the gdrive app on my phone and download the picture my phones photo library

    Thank you for sharing this video I've never done the double brick stitch also could you please show the earrings that you are wearing in the video I would like to see them.

    Hi can you say why you chose Fireline today and not Nymo like in your other video for fringe earrings? I'm asking because I'm new to beading threads. Thank you for your reply. Patricia

    Where did you find a big eye needle that short at? The only ones I can find is 5 inches long. To long for my beading.

    • @elorajoelle
      @elorajoelle  3 года назад +1

      That’s weird I’ve never seen needles that long! I got these in my local Michaels, and I think I put an Amazon link in the description as well

      @@elorajoelle Our local Michals only carry the big ones. I will check Amazon and also Artbeads for I get most of my supplies from them.

      Just checked Amazon they have them for $6.80 for a 4 pack. Went to artbeads they have them in now for for $2.89 a 4 pack. I will be ordering next week with my bead and G-one thread order.

    How, where or with what did you create the pattern that you saved to Google drive? I'd love to create patterns of my own and trying to learn what to use. Beautiful work as always and very informative, thank you!

    Why/when do you use this over regular brick stitch?
    I've seen brick stitch with two hole beads. Is it similar?

    this may be a dumb question but how do you finish them? And what if you run out of thread when doing the fringe part?

    • @elorajoelle
      @elorajoelle  2 года назад

      If you go to the first beaded earring tutorial (linked in the description of this video), I show how I weave the thread back through several beads and tie a knot to remove the string, and same thing to add in more string partway through the project! It's basically the same with double brick stitch.
