i actually have achievedthe 100 micron (0.1mm) i will be posting up another as soon as im back in my studio with it, generally it was fine to get fine tuned it was difficult at first with the belts and levelling the board with out any means of testing the tension, but it didn't take to long once i had a few sheets of paper to check the height of the nozzle to the bed, i havent quite got the circles perfect yet but i believe i know how to. (also there support is excellent!)
Hi there, I've now tested and it works perfectly, i'll try and post a video soon showing the quality, It takes a bit of fiddling in order to get the filament to stick but once you have the settings correctly aligned, i found it's perfect!!! If you do decide to get one let me know and i can help you with any adjustmens e.t.c.
Thinking of getting one of these, imakr in the UK sells them now :) how are you getting on with yours ? Any problems ? Did you achieve the 100 micron resolution ?
Sadly I had to pay vat but that was all, it is around the 20% mark in to the UK, however it does seem with the customs that it's more or less a 50/50 chance on whether you get charged for this, and thank you for the comment, I will try and post a video of it going and printing over the next week
