This is a great video. You definitely pointed out things that I wasn't even thinking about. Like the back elastic. Thanks for your time making this. You're going to save a lot of mama's and daddy's ton of money. Oh and the Amazon registry discount on diapers!
I’m a first time mom to 4 week old twin girls and this video has been super helpful, thank you for taking the time to make it! The pampers swaddlers I’ve been using I think is causing rashes for both of my girls, I didn’t realize they were scented when I added them to my registry or I wouldn’t have! I bought a pack of pampers pure on a whim and they both seemed to improve but when I went back to swaddlers the same issues happened. I have the Huggies special delivery wipes and want to try those diapers too just wish they weren’t more expensive.
Congratulations on your twins! "Scented" means chemicals which in my mind means a potential for allergic or adverse reaction... I have my first grand child due in 2 months and it has been 25 years since I used diapers so I am doing my research.I wish I had youtube when I was a young new mother.
@@denasewell thank you! Congrats on becoming a grandmother. Since I made that comment I have tried the Huggies special delivery diapers and love them so I highly recommend those. They are unscented and have a much better fit.
Ahh. To my mom she thinks anything scented means when the two year old pees in his pull up at night(we only use pull ups at nighttime and naps. Day time is underwear for right now)and we use Easy ups from pampers that pee pee is going to smell like a hot box in that bedroom. Scented to my mom means that the 11 month old is going to get a rash at some point because she has sensitive skin which is why we don’t use Pampers or Luvs. We only use Huggies and Seventh Generation for her. Those brands don’t have a scent to them which means no rash and no stinky “what did you do in here”in the morning.
We started out with Hello Bello and we LOVED them until about size 4. Our little is long and thin and he needed a longer inseam (as I refer to it) otherwise we were having s constant blowouts. Sizing up didn’t help. We switched to Seventh Generation for awhile after reading some reviews about them being good for taller babies and have settled on the All Good brand because they seem to run long/large as well and are more cost efficient!
Wow, that’s how you know every baby can be different,.. because I have 2 babies in diapers and I preferred and always had to go back to the Costco brand Kirkland diapers every time! ..Because it’s the most hypoallergenic and most absorbent(like actually pulling the wetness away from baby’s skin).. and I tried almost all of the ones you reviewed plus some other ones! the other ones would sometimes come up to par with the Kirkland brand ones but I would always have issues with either the absorbent beads coming out all over them or lack of absorption, the cotton layers piling off onto their bottoms,.. and/or rashes occurring 🥺 But, I really dislike having to go to Costco for diapers.. because it’s a madhouse in there especially on weekends 😭
This was AWESOME! I am doing research to stockpile diapers for my first grand child . I like unscented diapers with as little possible patterns which is hard to find. Thank you for this review it is tremendously helpful as there are so many different brands it is hard to navigate...25 years ago when I had babies in diapers there were five main brands.
I am expecting my first in October and I wonder lately if reviews that are even one year old are already outdated given this year it seems so so many products of all kinds have been cheapened to lower quality. This is one of the most recent reviews I could find though, thank you! 😊
I really dont understand why so many parents think they need a wetness indicator?! Can you not figure out if a diaper is wet by simply squeezing it or seeing if its starting to sag? I never had a younger sibling and even i could figure it out as a 6 year old with my neighbors youngest...
Is it needed? No. Is it helpful? Yes. Hopefully you aren’t letting the diaper get saggy because you left it on all day or the child has gone to the restroom a few times without being changed. However, some parents want to change the diaper even after a small pee. Sometimes you can’t tell that the baby peed because the diaper isn’t squishy.
Aww man. I hope the Kirkland works good for me. I brought 2 boxes. I got a really good deal. I did like honest brand. I love their all purpose balm, and the wipes. The diapers are over hyped though lol, and I have the same complaint about the fragrance in pampers.
Hopefully the diapers worked out! I love the costco kirkland diapers too - they were excellent (but the wipes are just OK, i think they aren't the best for sensative skin, but not the worst either - id add water to them)
I was given Huggies snug and dry and i never used them simply because they were blue on the inside and thankfully i didn’t because they got recalled for giving babies chemical burns
Interesting! We didn't have many choices let alone a wetness indicator. Even now with my granddaughter I could care less about the indicator. Feeling the diaper is indication enough for me. But if it helps new moms that's great!
I have been watching videos to see which diapers would be good for my almost 2 months old baby and I decided to go with the Huggies special delivery. Your video was very helpful in deciding what to choose for my baby. My question for you, out of all of them which one felt the driest for you little one? My baby keeps waking up from his nap because the diapers makes him feel uncomfortable when wet.
You're so cute! I enjoyed your reviews. I'm on my 4th pregnancy and have always used huggies little snugglers in the first few months. I was leaning towards Millie Moon, but now I'm rethinking lol. Thanks! 😊
Yay!! Thanks for making this video! I’m due a month from tomorrow with my first child and I’m watching all the diaper review videos🤣🙏🏼💙 Thank you for covering so many brands! Right now we were gifted Millie moon, up and up, huggies special delivery and Andy Pandy. I’m thinking of picking up some pampers pure and rascal and friends to try before baby boy gets here!
You could! I didn’t have any diapers on my registry. Instead I did a diaper raffle. Whatever guests wanted to participate would bring a box of diapers and they would get a ticket that would be raffled and receive a prize. Majority of diapers I received were pampers, and a couple Huggies. But if you want to try a variety, definitely list them on your registry!
Have you tried rascal + friends from Walmart? They are our faves along with pampers swaddlers. I used to love up&up but I feel like now they are total crap.
Completely agree with up and up. It isn't stable. Some packs are good and some are crap. I'm about to throw away almost a whole box because after 1 pee the sides come unraveled and pee beads get everywhere. 😩
I actually like the scent of Pampers Baby Dry and they don't irritate my son's skin, I find that Huggies Little Snugglers pill and as soon as they're wet they start to smell like urine. I still prefer unscented wipes though.
Hi, sorry its been a LONG while. I still haven't created it yet. I've been busy with many other things, but I still have the diapers and I do plan to make the video. Sorry to keep you all waiting!
What a good video I love babies my great desire in this life is to be a father although the only thing I would not like is to have to change their diapers ha but well hopefully one day I can be a father
Fantastic review! I had a hard time not having blowouts and leaks form Huggies including the Special Delivery. My son is 4 months old and just in a size 2 so we are somewhat new to the diaper game. We love Pampers especially the Pampers Pure and Rascal and Friends! I recently tried the Parents Choice from Walmart and we like them alright. But I would compare them to Huggies honestly. For the price it’s a no brainer.
Think it’s interesting that you like the Huggies special delivery but not the Kirkland ones 🫢 they come from the same manufacture But I agree, Huggies special delivery are my absolute favorite ❤️ pampers I hate 🫠 all of them
We're loving hello bello diapers with little #3. With a discount code, they cost about the same as Huggies premium diapers. Yet they're adorable, soft, dry and pretty absorbent (wouldn't say they're the most but they're pretty good, only leak after a long night). After using generic cheap diapers for years with our first two bubs, I don't think I can go back. If you can afford Huggies, pampers (except baby dry though), or HB, then I'd just pay a little more. OR you can use cheapies during the day and a premium diaper at night (well when your can't can sleep through the night without a change, in fact they might sleep better if they feel drier). Might get some pretty honest diapers if I can get a good discount code. They're not my favorite but... If I need diapers and the price is right then I'll go for it. Pampers pure and Huggies special delivery are just too damn expensive imo. They're really nice but oh my goodness the price for what you get just makes it not worth it to me.
I want to try Hello Bello diapers next! I agree, Huggies Special Delivery and Pampers Pure are expense, but I try to get them when a deal pops up. Also, different diaper brands fit my daughter at different stages within the size. For example, when she moves up in size, the Huggies Little Snugglers fit best. Then she fits better in the Pampers Swaddlers. Then, she will fit best in Pampers Pure.

The hospital that our two boys were born at used Huggies little snugglers. We were given a box of Pampers swaddlers at our baby shower and I was surprised that they have fragrance and not just a little but quite strong. It baffles me why they would use this in a diaper for newborns. We have been using Huggies ever since.
I was use pampers and Huggies free from hospital and few they are gift from friends newborn size I hate it give my newborn baby girl a lot rash, I changed it to parents choice brand from Walmart also use cloth diapers thirsties brand she never had rash or any issues still when my daughter turns 2 years had many rashes, so I buy this time sample honest company and Hello Bello both works best not issue at all, we buy Millie moon because run out diapers I go target they don't have honest company with the size a look for so I found it Millie moon 🌛 surprise me is my daughter name is Luna mean moon English I wish found this early...
