I made two kinds, shrimp and chicken due to my son's allergy to shrimp and my teenage daughter's newfound hatred for meat. But luckily i can eat BOTH!

So I made this tonight and it was great. I add Ocho Rios Ox Tail seasoning at the end to give it more flavor and I also add butter while cooking the shrimp

Good recipe except you overcooked your shrimp. Also there's no need to clean the pan after the shrimp. You lose flavor that way.
