Back up your photos into Google Photos for Free

In this video we'll show you how to get your photos into Google Photos so that you can start organizing those memories. We'll walk you though how to upload photos into Google Photos, and then how to free up some space on your phone, by removing the photos that have already been backed up.

I'm an iPhone user who uses Google Photos to backup my pictures instead of buying more iCloud space. There's an iOS app!

Oh yes! we forgot to mention, if you're an iPhone user, you can follow the same steps here. (Do note, if you let Google remove photos from your iOS Photos app and you're also synced with iCloud Photo Library, it will remove photos from all places except Google Photos.)

I already put all my photos into Google Photos. Awesome service! What I struggle with is deleting pics from my phone. Google Photos has a way to delete all backed up photos, but I like have some of my favorites on my phone. Any suggestions for an easy way to mass delete photos from your phone without deleting those favorites?

All you need to do is sign in to google photos on any device and your photos will be there for you.

You can, but there's actually a feature to share your entire library with your partner. It's pretty useful
