According to Indian law, Korean law or Chinese law, a lawyer can fight a case of his/her family members it can be spouses, siblings or parents or any relative and since our author is from Asia it's ok if she do this. In most of the countries it’s illegal to have client-lawyer relationships, much less if they are closely related as your spouse. And in the other few countries who do not have very strict laws about it, it can make the case more harder to win as the other party can dismiss arguments, misusing conflict of interest.

​​​​@@moonlightbaby96from what i know is that if police has some evidence that he commited a crime he will be with police , in 24 hours he should be presented in front of magistate , if they did not able to then being in police custody it will be unvalid. though , he can try to hire lawyer for himself.If he is proved innocent by some evidence but did not find the real culprit court gives time to find it if they don't it will be a problem ..but i enjoyed iyou tried somethin new🌷🌻🌻✨🌼
