Thanks a lot for the video. You saved me so much money lol. I needed some thick 100% cotton bandanas to wrap my head for welding class. I need cotton because cotton is not as flammable like synthetic. And all I could find online were polyester wraps. I have a ton of cotton tees I no longer wear. And finally have a good use for them now. Gonna practice tying now.

Update. Tried it and got it the first try. I like your method better than the other tee-shirt tutorials because those leave me with the big bulging knot on top or in the back. And would not fit under my helmet. Plus the tee-shirts are much more sweat absorbent than the thin bandanas.

4q j I'd suggest getting a do-rag for cornrows. T-shirt wrap may be too big, especially to sleep in without it moving around and fuzzing up your braids
