Federal Signal 2001-130 FAIL W/ Ambiance: Deer Park TX

I pulled up to this relatively new 130 with a surprise. Someone else also just so happened to be setting up in the park...
Even though the test was a failure, we got a great Deer Park/La Porte ambiance and being able to meet ‪@andy_dc‬ was a blast.
Not much else to say other than if you plan on visiting Deer Park make sure to choose a 130 that actually works. They're really good about testing on time thankfully.
