I paused and chat with him for a while and after he left that was it. Back to no contact I know he’s in a rebound relationship but I do wish him all the best.

If you see your ex when he is posting a pic with someone else how do you handle it if she is brought up in conversation especially if he wants to be intimate?
And what if he's dating someone he was dating before our relationship? They take walks, have sex, and she posted a pic of them kissing... What to do in this case?
I don’t understand how you get them to see you have changed or done the work? If you are in no contact and not following on social media, etc how do you get them to know or see changes? You never explain this part of it

With all due respect , it's wrong. Just because an ex entered a new relationship , doesn't always mean that it's a rebound. In fact , most of the times , that person is the person your ex left you for. Please, do not teach people to destroy someone's relationships , it's wrong. Thank You
