Robust Multisports-Shoes by adidas where under this Limit and defined as light and robust, while other bramds Had and still have less robust and talented Multisport-Shoes in their Programm. The remaining Models adidas names Swift. If you would concentrate on the advantages of the Ultraboost during recovery-phase of an athlete you will see that the adidas is swift compared to competition with their heavy tanks. The Ultraboost is a Sneaker and a Recovery-Shoe for Athletes or visa-versa and everythimg between, inkl. Fun to Cruise in for Training.
The heel nestles in the midsole and Not sits in top. Look on the Reebok Floatride Energy Symmetros. Similiar usage of midsole-material at the heel. Reebok is a 100% daughter of adidas.

Before the superfoams which are as super as super light BOOST was never been rated as heavy. Regarding durability of cushioning and support vs. weight BOOST is still unbeaten. Furthermore pebax can be soft only, while the rebound of eTPU-beads technologies are better controlable. There are different e-TPU-solitions with different softness. BOOST, BOOST HD, Puma NRGY and Saucony EVERUN. Pebax is Always Just soft as otherwise Pebax is too springy offers too much rebound. Nike Zoom X sheds away without outsole-prozection, while rubberized-pebax Nike React is Not as robust like rubberized-EVA or any PU-midsole. Pebax is Always overprized as pebax has No momemtum compared to EVA and PU. The Most advanced pebax-Technology even does Not offer Nike and Most advanced super-critical-foam-technology is not from Sketchers or Brooks. It's from Reebok.

Great design definitely be a shoe for the ultra marathons. Past 42.2km your gait cycle is fatigued and you and more likely heeling striking. Ran Om die Dam 52km in ultraboosts better cushioning than my ASICS nimbus 👏
Still excited for the nike zoom X invincible than this. UB21 weighs a ton on the foot. 12 oz? Between this and new balance 1080 v10 and hoka clifton 7, id choose the later 2

Ecco does injection only. adidas and Ecco are not cemented as hotglueing is not cementing. Only some areas of the lining are glued at adidas. The only glued bonds which degrade If you wash a synthetic pair of adidas at 40°C Celcius in the washing machine or even by Hand. No problem at 30°C. At other bramds the complete shoe can Fall apart as Not hotglued. There is an adittional procedure, which is vulcanizing. adidas also uses vulcanization if of advantage.

It’s kind of visually deceiving that you have a big chuck of boost at the heels, but your feet actually land on the indented lines around the midsole, not on top of the platform.
personally i would go for the 19 if you can find it instead of the 20 or 21 if you're into the ultraboost. the 20 is slightly less cushioned and the toe box depth is too shallow imo. it presses down on the toenails uncomfortably

We hand measured our size 9 samples pairs at 12.4 oz. As the video states, weights are preliminary but i would be surprised if they weigh in under 12 once we get final measurements. -Connor
Yeah look at the thick platform at the heel! It’s perfect for recovery run. It’s made to gear towards performance this time around, but of course you can use it as a lifestyle shoe if you don’t mind the weight.
I disagree. I've using Ultraboost 19's for more than a year now and they're perfect for everyday running specially recovery, slower tempo runs and 10ks because of the low impact softer material. The continental rubber lasts forever really. The amount of miles I have in my shoes is insane running in all weathers, mud, Georgia hot, Germany cold, etc. I definitely don't recommend them for speedy track days or more than 10k but they do have a place in the running world, specially when they get heavily discounted for like $80 a pair

What color way is this? The launch core black has yellow writing and torsion and the cage is a Smokey see through. The ones you have I like much more.
I see Adidas are trippling down on the heel cushioning. It's gonna be a great shoe for casual wear but wont be running in this

High heeled runners. I'll stick to my Saucony Triumphs for max cushion. This might be a fashion choice at best for me.

Most of the “extra boost” is just cupped around your heel. It’s not even under your foot for extra cushion.
Why would someone want this when you can spend $30 less on the Saucony Triumph 18 and save nearly an ounce and a half in weight?
