Please talk extensively on IPPs which are fleecing poor public on account of capacity payments.
Terms of contracts which are against the principles of natural justice must be quashed.
Poor public is suffering due to tyrant activities of IPPs.
Illogical capacity payments so far made must be recovered from IPPs and refunded to electric consumers through adjustments in future electricity bills.
