I remember this tune on Kennedy International 45's and it came out a lil while after the regular bruckout riddim, this version is a bit slower if am not wrong. Anyone still got the Saba - Just Believe? Way back there were like 40 tunes on the bruckout, now they are hard to find.
I learned a lot during my free time in the Corona crisis and stepped up my mixing game. Check out my new 90s Dancehall productions, they all sound wicked!
@SuperElm: i mean that elephant man producing no battymantunes since 2007 , hey singn up the RCA in london 2007. on live concerts he dont play battymantunes
My take on this is it is a lyrically violent expression of frustration felt by a lot of countries of African descent who feel this culture is being pushed on their youth. We do not support violence. If this culture is your thing and polygamy is our thing "each to his own". To Elephant man, leave the hair dye alone and promotion of violence but otherwise "same thing ah African man say". Ah no fe we fault! It is a culture ting!!!!!
They just arrange a rythm that let everybody dance without considering any lyrics sense. This is more western product than african...listened and remembered by major African diaspora...
Hahaha made u look it up on the internet. Did u get a shock when u found out breeders can get it too? Next thing for you to look up on Wikipedia is "subject-verb agreement". You might learn something there too.. it's ok u don't have to thank me 4 educating u.
