Well chen are lungmen citizens and lungmen are based on main land. So yes she speak cantonese. And not because yostar are chinese company because the one who made chen are hypergriph and op that based on Chinese dragon are low, the most populated race are cat and its sub Speciest
@The7Dark cn developer and publisher are hypergriph and yostrar are distributor and translator for jp, kor and en server. Also they ONLY publish and translate azure lane and AL developer are manju.
