Best thing I’ve ever done for my mental health is
    - not to sweat the small stuff
    - work hard at NOT worrying about tomorrow. We literally only have the moment we’re in.

If you can’t get out in nature, the sky is available to all free people. I always look at the sky, if is always like a stunning work of art, day or night. Feeling sun on your face is definitely an extremely enjoyable and essential experience for a happy healthy life.

When I don’t get sleep, which is often (and I mean no sleep)
I find it hard to have any motivation to even go out in the sky which I love so much
And then I get depressed because I’m literally paralyzed from attempting to just be a “normal” creature on earth
I feel like the collective energy has destroyed my life
I’m just a product of a hostile environment and not just my family but my city and country
      This world is tough
      For me at times
So when I do get sleep
I truly take the most out of each present moment as possible
I milk it to the last drop
      Because it’s so precious
So if you have a somewhat easy life
(To me an easy life would be someone who is able to at least have balanced sleep)
      Than please breathe for me
      Breathe for all of us
When you see the sunset in mindfulness
A glimmer of hope is perhaps born in me
      🙏🏼

@jSpirituS7 please do some research on VAGUS NERVE EXERCISES that are simple hacks to get your body out of the sympathetic nervous system cortisol adrenal loop. Deepak Chopra has 2 brief videos on it. When the parasympathetic system is activated you feel less depressed and freer to move. I completely understand how stress shuts a person down.

I remember being in the kitchen with my mother and she was stressed out while trying to show me how to make a pudding and burnt it. Always prep and have everything ready. Love these doctors. I agree with practicing mindfulness and being thankful for my bed and my feather pillows as I suffer from neck pains. I have been doing calf raises. I get very tired, have painful feet which effects my sleep and want to put my diabetes into remission. I am not coping with medication and the side effects.

I don't understand why she stopped meditating, her reason doesn't make sense. The point of meditation is not to do it for only 30 min a day and then stay the same person. This is to be useful throughout the day. You can't be mindful only during meditation, it's suppose to help you for your day, so yes do it for 30 min and continue throughout the day also.

@@andreahoyosl I understand, but that's what you should do all the time, even if you do a one or two hour meditation, it doesn't mean that the rest of the time you shouldn't care, that's what I mean. Anyways, in the end, to each their own. If this works better for her, that's great. Maybe it's because I've read Dr. Joe Dispenza's book on meditation so I have a different way of seeing it. Meditating for a longer period brings you somewhere else.

It's an evolution, overtime your needs change. Many people meditate and the gratitude stops abruptly at the end of the meditation. During the day they do not integrate mindfulness into their flow. The rituals and focusing on what you are doing is a perfect way to re-ground yourself ❤ it has helped me tremendously.

On the rare occasion, if i wake in the night, I'll just lay there stressing unless i get up and drink a cup of coffee, then I can go straight back to sleep. It is felt even among customers and workers in stores. Worldwide public schools and other locations are now discovering how quiet meditation automatically improves every aspect of life and the more the moments of quiet time in days and weeks and months, the more the ones who meditate find the quicker help with every aspect of their lives, even creativity that helps individuals and humanity everywhere.

But you manage to keep going then in your own space feeling like negativity followed me just because my feelings towards anyone else believe that’s not my concern. This past years I couldn’t remember anything I was studying even my apartment I had to move out. On top of that I do noticed that because I chose free will, I can enjoy my surroundings people around. Just cuz someone wants to force u to be with someone who u don’t know. All that happened in COVID I was working in front line. So anyone can tell me a part of mental abuse or pressure, do I am doing the right thing to ask if that should be happening? 😅just seven years of my life abused by Muslim dodge landlord etc etc etc 😅 not even socialise with people lately 😅😢

Just want to say something to dr Ranjan. Totally love his podcast but every podcast he makes sure to tell he is a doctor and tells it out at least 3 times. I know it takes a lot to be a doctor. But surely showing off that is not being humble.

Why try to make consciousness scientific? Why do some try to make consciousness/soul the brain or the brain consciousness/soul? That's like putting a car under an MRI/SCAN while someone is driving the car. But when the driver walks away after driving it, there's no questions/analysis or a person operating a computer with its hard drive and memory etc, thus subjecting the computer also to an MRI/SCAN while the computer operator operates/controls the computing system. Also, when the operator of the computer logs-off and walks away after operating it, there's no questions/analysis, why not? But, with the millions and millions of testimonials worldwide of the NDE's and OBE's, these seem to have a need to be scientifically analyzed and scrutinized. Why, is it unbelief? Or.... How many testimonies are needed in a court of law to find one guilty or not guilty? I'll share one of my testimonies, I believe that apparently, we are everywhere all at once. I've seen myself and my wife on a different dimension/plain of reality, and my other self, told me that I could return there any time that I wanted to. I'm still working that out, but my experience and truth is not scientific, but it is organic from the real me, consciousness/soul 🙏🏾

Not really because it's either you're a light in the world or a mirror reflecting it. So it's a way to spread the word of a lot of good information to a large audience when possibly many of the people wouldn't have heard these messages and would have to read 100 books to get the same info.

Pre agricultural groups of peoples had masses more leisure time than agricultural or urban society. It was forage/hunt in small, intense cycles and the rest was art, ritual, community connection. Take a deep dive into this anthropological research if you are interested in realism, not a romanticized cave person myth.

How can everything be changed every week man? You've got a lot of great content, but you are unbearably clickbait-y and cringe for it.
Also, start clearly labelling rehashes (most of the content these days) and actual new, meaningful conversations.

@MuditBadlani it's just like with fitness channels. At some point they'll run out of exercises to make videos on, so they'll remake old stuff. It's a different thing with news or entertainment channels, but I feel like everything's been said in self development niche

    • @MuditBadlani
      @MuditBadlani 5 месяцев назад

@@TrigonAZR I appreciate your point mate, but IMO that's being far too kind to this channel.
He's got a video about false positivity and many about the rat race/they importance of quality over quantity etc, and he doesn't understand the first thing about that when it comes to his own RUclips channel? That leaves us with the options that he's a hypocrite or incredibly dense. Which is it?
Also, across fields, channels simply maintain quality by reducing quantity and only taking up meaningful topics. Without losing following/importance in the algorithm.
No slack from my side therefore.

@@MuditBadlani What I find exhausting with those channels (like the Diary of a CEO) is that they receive guests that contradict themselves. One will say one thing and the other will say the opposite. I mean, I know not everyone thinks the same, but they should try and stick with what they believe.

    • @TrigonAZR
      @TrigonAZR 5 месяцев назад +1

@MuditBadlani I don't think he's dense- I actually think he's smart from his pov. Some people will stop watching his stuff, but new people will come in. If he pumps out "new" stuff, his channel is promoted more and he makes £££. Plus, people watch videos that aren't old most of the time. He can have an influencer that he had 2 years ago now- that influencer will probably say 95-100% of same things, but people will still watch on name recognition alone.
Also, he's keeping engagement at high level- see his community surveys- he asks the same questions all the time (like "what you should do to improve your health", "are you getting enough sleep?")but people vote and comment regardless.
I 100% agree with you that this content is reheated, repackaged and reuploaded with barely anything new, interesting or inspiring, but I from a business perspective, he's making right moves, don't you think?
