- In this Langkawi Malaysia Vlog we explore 3 Langkawi islands by boat, visiting Pulau Dayang Bunting (Lake of the pregnant maiden), we feed wild eagles feeding at Pulau Singa Besar (Big Lion Island) and then finish at the beautiful Pulau Beras Basah (Wet Rice Island). We then head out to Pantai Chenang to explore the nightlife here and we also eat some incredible cakes!

Langkawi is a really great place to chill and relax, that's why it's also a local favourite holiday destination. There're many interesting seafood restaurants in Kuah Town where you get to catch your own fish and the chef will prepare and cook it for you. Definitely an experience not to be missed!

When I was in Langkawi back in Jan 2017, I did the Island Hopping Tour and it was good but I think the Mangroves Tour was actually better. I was staying in Pantai Cenang but the hotel I was staying in (Meritus) was further up and much quieter to the point that you have the beach to yourself. The sunsets there are stunning and I used to walk down where you guys were to see the fire show and eat in the Yellow Cafe. Also did the 3 hours Sunset Cruise which was stunning.
Sounds amazing, there sure are some amazing sunsets! We didn’t have time for that tour in the end but maybe next time! Thanks for watching 🙌

Ty, I love that word "knackered". I'm not British so would it be offensive if I used it when I talk to other non Brits? Love the places you have been visiting. We are going to slow-travel through SE Asia starting in August. Malaysia is our 1st country KL, Penang and Langkawi are areas we will stay. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, experiences, and information during your journey.
include taiping in your travel list... take train from kl to taiping and then penang.. after that take train from penang to alor setar before take a ferry from kuala kedah in alor setar to langkawi... in langkawi the best place to stay is around chenang beach area... the most cheap things in langkawi is chocolate, beer and cigarettes

if u like the Langkawi, Im like tu suggest u go to Terengganu (Perhentian, Kapas & Redang Island) @ to Sabah the Sipadan, Dulang Bohey & others Island in Sabah... the heaven they said..

The difference between halong bay and Langkawi are
1. Langkawi is a geopark, halong bay is a UNESCO heritage site with more islands than Langkawi.
2. Our tours do not impoverish visitors while in halong bay, it cost your arm plus leg.
3. We hv animals eg monkeys, eagles etc etc. Malaysia is full of animals being a biodiverse nation. Also marine life is abundant

Nice to have you guys here 🤗💖 yeah the water a bit murky bcz of Monsoon. If you like beaches i suggest to go between April - June which away frm monsoon season. That's the crystal clear water you can get especially the island at the Northeast/East Malaysia like Tioman Island/Perhentian Island/Kapas Island. You'll enjoy the good clear sky/crystal clear turquoise water for snorkeling with soft white sand spend the whole day beach life. Cheers! Enjoy ur stay in Malaysia! ✨🤙🏻🇲🇾

By no means that's the largest lake. in Malaysia that would be Lake Kenyir in Terengganu. it's man made. the largest of its kind, not just in the country but the whole south east asia. it's so big it's almost feel like an ocean.

Largest natural fresh water lake in Langkawi or Malaysia probably A man-made lake called kenyir is many times larger.
