And yes, that is Sierra Maestra. They starred as well as played part of the music.

Well, it looks like it is Theme Chopin Latino by Reynaldo Ceballos Hechevarría from Sierra Maestra but probably not easy to find, It is not part of the soundtrack cd.

I could imagine the latin american people whos made the choreography on this movie ..... i think they was a lot of them ... ist´n they ... ´cause the french people don´t have the spice ... flavor .... and swing to dance salsa music .... con todo el respeto que ellos se merecen .... no quiero ofender
