Thankyou - after cursing my oscillators I discovered this video. Been wanting to like the metropolis so much but this has been driving me mad since I purchased second hand. Now to dig out the voltmeter...
@@noodlingonwires9551 I followed the guide and see 1.29v on lower slider position, and 2.93v in high position. Unfortunately for me the Bias and Width pots make no difference to the output voltage in either direction. I mentioned in the forum and contacted support. Seems I need send it off to Intellijel for a fix. I may try and reflash firmware first though not too hopeful that will work. Thanks again for this - surprised can't see any other mention of it anywhere else 🙂
@@jonfhutton Yes, that's the reason I felt the need to make the video in the first place. I know I found a document on Intellijel's own support site about this when I purchased mine, but I could never find it again when I needed it myself. veryactually
Howdy ! Thanks for this video & I followed your instructions but have you at all noticed that the notes between the uhh ‘top C & bottom C’ slightly bow out of tune at all..? I was double-checking all the tuning w/ an iPhone tuner & I’m not sure if this is within tolerances (ie the sequencer can’t be laser-precise or anything) or if I somehow made my Metropolis worse hah Slider all the way up & all the way down sound great & read great on the multimeter as well as tuner Any thoughts are welcome ! Thanks for a cool video -it’s nice to make ACTUAL chords instead of pulling ear-balled things from thin air haha
hahha I just bought one second-hand bc of that exact video btw about the leds, do you have the models/whatever you used? need to replace one here, but I liked the rainbow idea haha

Very much appreciate the feedback, and great to hear it's actually useful! ;) Let us know how you get on.

Exelent. Thanks
Glad you liked it!
why you metropolis have color led?
I had to mod it to match all the other rainbow sequencers I have. It's just for fun.
Looks super cool
lol u have a metropolis and prizma. rainbows ftw
There's a rainbow Turing Machine somewhere in the rack too. :P
